Come to this updated 2 bedrom and 1 bath guesthouse located on same lot as another rental. It’s a full kitchen with fridge, 2-plate cooktop, dishwasher and micro/convection oven. There is a combo washer and dryer in the house. The property is centrally located in Wellington, close to the Equestrian Center, shopping and restaurants. Its 20 minutes drive to the beach and golf courses are everywhere. No dogs are allowed.

Lovely 2 week stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Wellington cottage. The location was perfect, in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We were close to family, restaurants, shopping and area attractions. The cottage was roomy, modern and well stocked. We will consider staying again for our next visit with family.

Perfection

The place is lovely. Great neighborhood, beautiful home and yard, the rental unit is in the back yard and very private. There is an almost full kitchen, with a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 burner stovetop, plenty of pots and pans and plates etc, a table to seat 4. The rooms are all pretty big with a comfortable couch in the living room to sit and a nice TV. Susan, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Excellent all-around

This was our first time not staying at a hotel.....it was so nice to have a small house to live in while we waited to close on a house nearby. Everything was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe if you like to go for walks. Beds were comfortable and so were sofas and chairs. Outside is a peaceful covered lanai to have morning coffee or to relax in the afternoon out of the direct rays of the sun. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. This is now the standard by which we will measure all future Vrbo stays....10 out of 10 experience! Plenty of shopping nearby and the cost of our 11 days was very reasonable.

Charming home in the heart of Wellington

My husband and two of his employees travel to Wellington once a month for work, and have stayed at many VRBO's. This was, by far, their favorite one yet! This home is both updated and immaculately clean. My husband had the chance to interact with the owners (their main house is on the property) and had nothing but nice things to say about them. They were very friendly and accommodating. He would love to stay here again in the near future!!! Thank you!!

Hated to leave

A marvelous newly redecorated guest house with all the amenities and furnishings. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Great location in a upscale community. The owners are as good as they get. Very sorry to leave but look forward to returning.

Peaceful and Beautiful!

This property exceeded any expectation I could have had. You first drive in a gorgeous neighborhood (I would love to live in it if I ever lived in Wellington!). I was warmly welcomed by Susan and Anders to show me how to get to the little house. I met their sweet dogs (and already miss them!). The home has covered patio area with comfy outdoor furniture and was decorated for the holidays. Inside, the main area is so much more spacious than the pictures show. The kitchen is just beautiful and has everything you could possibly think of needing or wanting. The sectional sofa is so comfortable. The internet works great. l really appreciated the little clothes washer. It was just perfect. The bed was very comfortable and I slept so well there. This definitely felt like a home away from home which is exactly what I needed. I would love to stay here again!
