Enjoy the city views from the private rooftop. There is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The primary bedroom suite with king bed a large bath is located on the third level with the bonus room, another half bath, and the rooftop terrace! The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first.

House Rules:
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early checkin is reserved.
• Check-out is 10AM CST.
• No parties or events. Residential Neighborhood with Limited Parking.
• No pets.
• No smoking.
• No decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid. No decorations attached to walls, ceilings, or any surface. No glitter or confetti.

• Quiet hours 10pm-7am
•No locals without approval and signing separate rental agreement
•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•All trash must be properly bagged and placed inside the bins outside the garage.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
