This one bedroom is the perfect place for a visit to Philadelphia. Just steps away from the bustling 2nd Street with an array of restaurants, bars, and popular shops. Quick easy access to Girard Subway Station and buses that can take you to parts of Philadelphia. Don't forget to check if your favorite music artist is playing at The Fillmore located a quick walk away.

The space
Our guests will have the comforts of a large guest bedroom featuring a private entrance to and from the street and private ensuite bathroom. There are no shared spaces - guests will enjoy the freedom of having an entire room without encountering others.

The hosts will be conveniently next door in case of any questions.

Guest access
As the entrance is completely separate, guests will have a completely private space with access to a queen bed, private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge

Parking was a nightmare. The hosts should prioritize the overnight paid parking lot locations in the listing so you can actually park. They sent us multiple maps to find street parking but there wasn’t any open for about a hour and we couldn’t remember where they had the parking lots listed. The space itself was great and we would def stay again now that we know which lot to park in.

This place was great for what we needed. Comfortably bed,clean space and close to lots of restaurants. The host was responsive and provided clear information and instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this property! Great location. Parking was easy using the map provided by the host. There are lots of free parking spots nearby. Coffee shop around the corner was excellent. Close to lots of other restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Strong communication, super willing to be flexible. Amazing room and location. No complaints! I had to extend my stay by a day (and I only arranged it the day before) and the hosts were very accommondating

Everything went great. Exactly as pictured. They aren’t joking about parking though, it’s rough out there. But they provide so much info on it we had no issue finding a paid lot that was only a 10min walk away.

Five Stars!

Everything was exactly as described, the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with water, a Keurig, towels, blankets, etc. The location was ideal since it was close to a lot of the downtown shops and restaurants and I did not find it too loud (although ear plugs were offered). I especially appreciated the helpful parking tips and corresponding parking map, otherwise it would have taken me some time to figure out where to park on my own. The host was communicative and all the check-in instructions were easy to understand. I would stay here again!

Such a cozy space the pictures don't do the high ceilings justice and the pretty windows! The private entrance was great and the host sent us everything we needed in advance of our stay. There were even ear plugs by the bed for the city noise which was very sweet. The location has a lot of cool cafes, bars and shops in walking distance. 10/10 would stay here again

Great place to stay by yourself or with another person! Only the bedroom and bathroom, but both were spacious and clean. Overall, I had no complaints and enjoyed the easy walks to nearby restaurants, shopping and commutes to other parts of town!

Perfect location and amenities!

Absolutely 5-star stay. It looks exactly like the pictures! Beautifully clean, excellent bathroom, and perfect location. There are lots of food and entertainment options within easy walking distance. Please prepare to spend some time finding a place to park—the host does a very thorough job helping guests prepare for this, which we appreciated very much! Out-of-towners may be dismayed to learn how difficult Philadelphia parking can be. This is NOT at all a mark against the host or property, just a note to keep in mind. Thank you so much for a beautiful trip!!

Immaculate, well appointed, convenient

My husband and I came for a wedding. We were very pleased that we found everything immaculate, well appointed, and walking distance to the wedding and many good restaurants. Matthew communicated with and was very responsive to our questions. Thank you.A bonus -- my husband has mobility issues. There are only two steps to enter with railings on both sides.

Perfect for the Fillmore

My wife and I loved everything about this comfortable little nook that was perfectly situated for stumbling back to after attending a performance at the Fillmore. It was exactly as advertised, warm and welcoming with unexpected amenities that really made us feel at home for the night. We fully intend to stay here again!
