• 3 additional queen bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bathroom.
• Basement features a fourth bedroom, a living room pullout couch, and another full bathroom.

• Treat our home with care and respect.
•Locked closets and garage are off-limits.
• No parties, pets, or smoking allowed.

Booking Requirements:
• License plate, ID, and phone number required
• Renter’s Agreement to be signed upon booking
• Damages Deposit of $1000 to be “held” on a credit card seven days prior to arrival.
