Two public pickleball courts are directly across the street! Four paddles and outdoor balls are provided for guests. Courts are first-come, first-served.

🚗 PARKING
One garage parking space is available. Please note the garage has a 7`2` width and 6`6` height clearance, so large SUVs and pickup trucks may not fit. Parking instructions and access details are provided after booking.

📌 GOOD TO KNOW
The bedroom overlooks the living room, so the loft has an open feel rather than a fully enclosed bedroom. The hot-water heater is compact and not ideal for long showers. The washer/dryer is small and best suited for smaller loads. The portable AC is disconnected approximately mid-October through mid-May.

🏡 SHARED SPACES
The rooftop deck and gym are shared community amenities. Please be respectful of neighbors and follow posted rules.

🚗 PARKING
Please let us know if you plan to use the garage. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Large SUVs and pickup trucks may not fit due to the 7`2` width and 6`6` height clearance.

📋 Detailed parking instructions will be provided in the house manual after booking. You’ll need to enter the building first to access the garage, so please plan to find nearby parking for a few minutes when you arrive.

🔑 Please return the garage remote, key fob, and parking pass before checkout. Lost or unreturned items may result in a charge of up to $200 to replace them and maintain this amenity for future guests.

📌 GOOD TO KNOW
• 🛏️ The bedroom overlooks the main living space and is not completely enclosed.
• 🚿 The hot-water heater is compact, so the home is not ideal for extra-long hot showers.
• 🧺 The washer/dryer is compact and best suited for smaller loads such as sheets or towels; comforters will not fit.
• ❄️ The portable air conditioner is disconnected approximately mid-October through mid-May.

📅 MID-TERM STAYS — 28+ NIGHTS
For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed before check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each guest at $50 per person.
📝 Signed Lease Agreement: Required for all guests staying at the property.
✅ Host Approval: Guests must meet the host’s background and credit-check requirements.

🧻 STARTER SUPPLIES
Starter supplies such as ☕ coffee, 🧻 toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. Supplies are not replenished during long-term stays, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items once the starter supply runs out.

These requirements and guidelines help provide a clear, secure, and comfortable experience for everyone. 🏡✨

🔊 CITY NOISE: Being in the heart of Seattle means some moderate city noise can be expected. 🌆 The monorail 🚝 passes nearby and is generally fairly quiet, especially with the windows closed. You may occasionally hear 🚒 fire trucks, 🚑 ambulances, or other typical sounds of an active downtown neighborhood.

Rooftop Deck Hours are 8 AM-midnight Friday and Saturday and 7 AM-10 PM Sunday-Thursday.

No smoking indoors.

Rental agreement required for stays of 28 days or more.
