Yes. Place was very clean. Did not have personal contact with anyone but excellent arrival instructions. The suggestion I have is when you have guests staying more than 3 nights, provide more than 1 set of bath towels per guest. I’m not on vacation to do laundry

Just as described. Perfect for a girl’s getaway with two comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed walking to the beach, visiting lighthouses, hiking, and day trips to Ogunquit, Bradbury Park, Portland and Kennebunkport. The shower was great too! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this place!

The apartment itself was very clean. However, the entryway and stairway to the third floor had a strong smell of wet dog. We really liked that the heat/air conditioning were on splits so we could each keep our bedroom at different temperatures. The sunrise seen from the balcony was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here, Cleanliness is of upmost importance and this rental met the mark. We hope to comeback next year and we would definitely pick this place! Everything was a few minutes by car and having areas to eat or coffee shops and the cutest shops. The beach was less than 10min walk. Thank you again for a smooth and wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Loved having washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. Short walk to the beach was very convenient. Check in and check out was super easy. Received updates and instructions without any issues. Will definitely book this property again next summer!

We're always happy with the locations and cleanliness of the properties. This is the second time we have stayed at the Sky Deck, and it was even better than the first time. It was spotless and cool when we entered, and we were able to walk down to the beach every day - sometimes 3 times a day. We had everything we needed for an amazing week.

Early June Getaway

The property is very well maintained. Excellent parking on site. Newer construction/renovations & very clean. Great balcony. You can hear the ocean at night and see it during the daytime. Union street is convenient to everything. We will be back for sure. Easy under 10 minute walk to the beach.

Family Trip to OOB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice updated unit, very clean and spacious. A 9-minute walk down the hill straight to beach access. Close to the pier, you could walk in 20 minutes but chose to drive. It is friendly but you need to walk down the street to relieve your dog as there is no yard. the people who live in the house behind the building have 2 big dogs that bark and jump at the fence when you walk by which was a little unnerving but no reflection of the rental itself as they have no control over that. The building was safe and had code for the front entrance and your unit's door which made access easy.

Great spot

We planned late and were able to find this unit still available a week out. I was a little nervous about that, but once we arrived, there was nothing to worry about. If you are not familiar with OOB as a Maine destination, read up on that first. If you choose OOB as your spot, this was a great spot. Pros: location was awesome. The beach was a short walk down the hill (it's not a long/steep hill, but there is a hill). The pier is walkable as well (but was a bit much of a loop for our youngest, but still do-able). Clean, open space. Comfortable beds. All linens were provided. Check in and check out SUPER easy. We had an issue with the building door, but the property managers were SUPER responsive; very easy to talk to. Pet friendly. OOB, the beach, the property. Check out - clean up, lock the door and done. Amazing. Other places are MUCH more involved. Cons - nothing major! Little stuff that may be best as suggestions: entry table to throw keys, sunscreen, etc on. The bedrooms in this unit were on the East side of the building and were really bright in the AM. For late sleepers, bring a mask. Otherwise, get up and go for a morning walk on the beach. Stop at Tami Lyn's on the way (awesome little spot just down Union Ave). Overall, we were REALLY happy with the property - it was a great spot for what we needed and what we were looking for.

The walk to the beach was a little far to walk back and forth but we were able to park close for very reasonable pricing. The only thing I would recommend would be curtains for the bedrooms. The bright natural sunlight got us up earlier than we intended! We would 100% stay here again!

Weekend getaway

2 parking spots available to your rental we were put on the third floor the rooms and apartment was nice clean big and open. The neighbors had their dogs out from 6am till 8 am just barking which was not great after being out all night on the pier. Other than that no problems .

Old orchard

The listing is very accurate what you see is what you get. It was very nice having dish detergent dishwasher detergent, a box of laundry detergent some toiletries All left for you so you didn’t have to run to the shopping store immediately. The other nice feature with this Rental is that you don’t have to do any type of cleaning the day you leave you walk right out the door as with other rentals that I have rented you have to sweep vacuum and if there’s any laundry provided you have to have that washed. The only negative is that the beach is not a quarter of a mile away it is at least a half a mile downhill which means you have to walk back uphill And the amusement center is not right down the road pretty far down the road overall very nice very clean
