Our newly updated 2 bedroom/1 bath vacation rental is sleek, simple, and professionally outfitted for groups of up to six. Located in the middle of the Newport Beach Peninsula and just one house from the beach, this vacation rental couldn't be in a more prime spot! You'll be within easy walking distance to restaurants, the Fun Zone, Marina Park, and the Newport & Balboa Piers. In other words, park the car and forget about it for your entire vacation! One of three rentals on the property, this unit is tucked back from the street and is located on the first floor. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Two sofas
- TV
- Dining table w/ seating for 6
- Open floor plan
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major appliances; small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, ceiling fan, closet
- Bedroom #2: King bed, TV, ceiling fan, closet
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (and are best suited for children). Guests may rent twin rollaway beds (subject to availability), with extra linens, from the management. Please make arrangements for payment and delivery in advance of your arrival.
HALLWAY BATHROOM:
-Walk-in shower
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

Shared laundry facility located on the outside North walkway; guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
- 1 small covered carport space - compact vehicles only!
- General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered.
ALSO:
The other units located on-site can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. See separate listings or contact our office for more details.
LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! 7 blocks North, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Caf'9 blocks South is the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone area! Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
