The apartment was clean and had good amenities (coffee, kitchen items, bath towels etc). The communication with the hosts as stellar! Probably the best I’ve had with any host. They went to the trouble to make videos, which made finding and accessing the apartment so easy! Same for finding the parking & using the pass.

We loved our stay. It was perfectly for a family of four. The kitchen was spacious with a nice big table to enjoy your meals. The beds were really comfortable. The apartment was clean and smelled really nice. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Perfect

Location was perfect for our conference. And we enjoyed being able to walked around after to the restaurants and bars. We had a great time.

Great unit in a perfect location

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the gaslamp district. Parking is ½ a block away and is included in the rental price. The unit itself is clean and spacious (love the kitchen). The host's communication is great and the check-in process was easy. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in San Diego.

Girls Night

Had a great stay, the check in/out process was a little inconvenient with returning the parking pass but it was a wonderful condo. Very clean and close to gaslamp.

Everything was perfect. I appreciate that they had the basic stuff ready for us to make some sort of Thanksgiving dinner! My one suggestion might be to upgrade the couch. It gets a little uncomfortable after a while. :)

Stayed here with two girlfriends and we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We would highly recommend it. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish—they were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, which we really appreciated.The apartment itself was exactly as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was clear the hosts put effort into making guests feel at home.The location in the Gaslamp District is a huge plus. There are countless great food options nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance. We especially appreciated the parking garage pass—it made things so much more convenient. It was also a quick and easy walk to the Convention Center and Petco Park, which was perfect for our plans.During our stay, we even met a kind representative from the Downtown Clean & Safe team. It was great to hear about the work being done to improve the area including escorts to walk you back to the apartment if you ever needed it.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. We would absolutely book with these hosts again.

Wonderful hideaway

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment has been recently updated and the furnishings, linens, appliances, tv’s all seemed new. We spent 5 nights here while exploring San Diego. The apartment was convenient to many restaurants in the Gas Lamp Quarter and we were surprised that we did not hear much street noise. The building felt very secure, we were provided a key code to enter the front entrance, then a separate code to unlock our unit. The free parking with the unit was a big plus, bc parking in this area can be a challenge. We can not say enough about the hosts! They sent recommendations on places to eat, places to catch the sunset, and responded to text messages quickly.
