Excellent property. Condo was very clean, host was extremely responsive and helpful. Views were great. Short walk (though may steps) to the beach and pool. All very convenient but if you have any mobility issues do consider the steps it takes to get to the pool and beach.

Outstanding stay

The unit was updated and modern with comfortable beds and everything we needed for the beach and our stay! Would highly recommend this unit and plan to stay here again!

Brautiful condo! As described and very comfortable space. Host was helpful and attentive during check in and with a small AC issue that was fixed the day we got there. Very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful property

Super clean and recently remodeled with high end finishes. Location is great for being away from the city but close to Red Hook restaurants and ferry to St John. Beautiful beach and nice beach bistro on site. Property management company had excellent communications. Would definitely stay again!

Cowpet Bay Condo

1 week stay for 4 adults. Very clean and conveniently located condo in Red Hook, just a short walk to Cowpet beach. Very accommodating host with all the recommendations you could need. This trip was all fun and trouble-free.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to several beaches and the people and car ferry to St John’s. Close to some restaurants and grocery store. Communication with host was easy and quick response. Check in and out was easy. Will come back again!

Dream Vacation at Seaside Retreat

We absolutely loved our one week stay at the Seaside Retreat villa in Cowpet Bay East. Full access to the resort amenities (pool, hot tub, beach chairs, dining) was a perfect compliment to a private villa that offered space for our family of four to spread out. The location is perfect as it was a short 5-6 minute drive down to Red Hook to grab groceries, hit the pharmacy, or enjoy all the restaurants. We particularly loved Duffy's Love Shack, Hook'd, and Senor's Pizza. Highly recommend this villa!

Spring Break

I came with my husband and our 16yr old daughter. The location of the condo is perfect. Close to red hook and all the big beaches. Also has our own private beach. The condo was newly remodeled and beautiful. May be the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. This place is amazing.

Great condo

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have snorkel gear and beach towels, etc. available. The process to check in and out was very easy. Amy set us up with grocery delivery and a great charter service we used twice! Would definitely recommend. I actually have a girlfriend already staying in one of the condos, just by coincidence. I told her it’s a great spot!

Beautiful condo in paradise!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cowpet Bay East! The condo was much easier to find than I anticipated and is close to Red Hook as well as other local authentic cuisines known to St. Thomas. The condo is stunning, modern, and spacious, and stocked with all of the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Anything you might need, trust me, it's there! The beach and pool are a few steps away, and I loved the condo had beach towels and lounge chairs. We even dined at the beach restaurant, Sangria's,for breakfast and lunch, as well as Caribbean Fish Market for dinner located near the property. My family was more than happy with our visit. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Thomas!

Beautiful view and fully-equipped

Everything we needed was there.....beach chairs, towels, toys, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. The beach was closer than anticipated based on other reviews. Everything was well cared for and thought was put into all the details. Great communication and responsive. Restaurants on the beach were convenient. Difficult to walk many places as the roads are narrow and winding. Would recommend renting a car. Be sure to take the ferry to St. Johns. Trunk Bay was beautiful and easy to get to. We would definitely return.

Absolutely Spectacular

My wife and I were on an extended trip to the USVIs and had some disappointments along the way. While the photos and description of this property were very nice, we held our collective breaths as we opened the hobbit-like front door expecting Bilbo Baggins to perhaps greet us. We were blown away by what we found. If anything, the condo was more impressive than the pics. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The team who manages this property is equally wonderful. We will definitely return.

Month getaway

The property was fine. The only thing we wish we would’ve knew more about the property before getting it as all the steps to the beach and pool. The unit is self was nice, but we just felt there were not enough furniture in the living room, a loveseat, which held two and a chair, and there were four of us which the unit could’ve had six people stay in, and on the deck there were just two chairs and a table there longer. Period time would’ve been nice to have some nice furniture in the living room and asked for bath towels. We were only given one per person. It would’ve been nice to have two for each person also some of the other supplies as one was toilet paper , not enough of overall was a nice place

We appreciate the feedback Debra! We always strive for our guests to have the best time and the most comfortable stay! We do mention in our listing the number of steps to the beach which is about 250, as this condo is on the upper hill at Cowpet Bay East not down by the water. We would have gladly provided more towels if it had been requested during your stay. As a vacation rental by owner and not a hotel with daily service, we provide enough products for a week's stay and you stayed four weeks. There is ample seating for up to six guests on the patio as well as inside the condo.

Great condo with everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Close to Red Hook and the ferry to St John. You’ll definitely need a car. We walked to coffee at the Ritz next door most mornings. We also took two catamaran sails that left from the Ritz. We never made it to the community pool but did go down to the beach. You can grab drinks at Sangrias and lounge in the chairs. The condo is clean and beautiful and is exactly as the photos show. We definitely recommend staying here.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this place…… this is THE PLACE!!!!! Perfect host, perfect condo, perfect beach, perfect most comfortable bed ever! I would go back over and over and over again. 10 out of 10 recommend! The best trip I’ve ever been on and this place was a huge reason why, we are already planning the next stay!
