Cottage with Lake Views & Access Now featuring AC Wi-FI and TV

This cabin features a double bed, sink, and toilet with clean separate shower house with three private showers with great water pressure.
We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar, Laundry, Ice and Vending Machine on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy FREE of charge.

Enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views.

Lake Access
You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, This access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach

Vacanza NH has complementary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.


We do allow pets, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit.

Pet Policy:
We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

We had a lovely stay! Steve was great on communications. Our pup was super happy in her kennel & quiet. Great location for us to attend the Bank of NH Pavilion for the Bob Dylan show.

Very clean cabin. Great mattress. We were only town for 1 night for a concert and didn’t use the amenities such as grills or lake.

Good lake cottage, close to where we needed to be, had what we needed. Reasonably priced. The grounds were clean, and cottage was clean. We enjoyed the coffee closet, but times during the week it got low on stock. If you are sensitive to road noise, book one of the units toward the back. The road is pretty busy during the day.

Everyone was attentive to my needs I had no hot water in cabin and they came quickly and fixed it . The television was not working the wrong tv remote was in the room they fixed it right away and needed to reboot the system. The showers the water had great pressure and nice and hot shower. The only other thing Saturday was rainy and cold and rain was coming into the cabin through the bottom of door wood looked rotted out They were notified of this and just kept a towel at bottom of door so not to ruin cabin door. Very peaceful and beautiful looking over Lake Winnie. The staff was very attentive to my cabin needs and responded very quickly and very nice thank you

The cabin was comfortable and quiet. It was a nice stay. The only thing i suggest is thoroughly double check the cleaning because we noticed a used pad underneath the sink and also, the were strands of women's hair on the bed sheets. It looks like the sheets was not changed. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had such a fun time at Vacanza Cabins and so did our dogs! The cabin was super cute, cozy and clean, and there were so many unexpected amenities that put the cherry on top of our stay. The outdoor space was a highlight and so great for relaxing by the fire and playing games. We also loved having coffee and dinner on our balcony overlooking the lake. The staff member tending to the grounds was very kind and accommodating, and anytime we reached out to the team via email, they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. For reasonable the price we paid, we were so impressed and will most definitely be back next year!

Great communication with host, amenities were as described, kayaks and bikes were available for us to use with no issues, and check in was super easy. Lots to do in town with the lake, mini golf, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for a short get away!

The cabin was clean and neat and what I expected however, there was not any furniture on the deck so we had to move chairs and table on there ourselves in order to sit out there. It rained alot one day and water was coming in under the door which was fixed but got alot of stuff wet in the process. Also the coffee maker power button is on the left in the back and the sign says on the right in the back so standing outside in the rain trying to figure that out was not ideal. Maybe put a small overhang over the coffee station in case of a rainy day so people don't have to get soaked trying to get a cup of coffee.

Thank you for your feedback of an overhang over the coffee station ! We will take that under advisement. Sounds like we took care of a door sweep immediately and the cabin was neat and clean. A three star in our business is a terrible stay. I’m sure the stars were just an oversight for the complimentary coffee station having a reset button on the wrong side ….thanks for staying !!
