Featuring an all-new interior, this single-level cottage, situated near the north end of Seaside, is a walker's delight. In addition to the beach, you can stroll to the Seaside Outlet Mall, the Seaside Aquarium, and the fun attractions, restaurants, and shops on Broadway Street in the center of town, all less than a mile from your door.

Grab the provided chairs and totes on your way out to the beach each morning and be greeted back home in the afternoons by an inviting front porch. It's a wonderful spot to sit in an Adirondack chair, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and watch the neighborhood pass you by.

Inside, every necessity can be found in the open, lofty, studio-style layout. Enjoy a compact kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table for four, and a sitting area with mod furnishings and a TV with DVD, Blu-ray, and streaming capabilities. The comfortable bed is tucked into its own alcove, and the full bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
