Pilsen’s a great area, vibrant with great restaurants albeit a little more west. However, this place is close to the metro, so easy commute. The host was first rate, and had some great restaurants albeit recommendations too!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, cozy spacious and modern and had many accommodations to make our stay top notch. Freddy was wonderful to communicate with. He is extremely knowledgeable about travel options in the city, restaurants, groceries etc. I asked specifics on best way to travel to a venue and Freddy provided multiple options and stated what would likely be the best and he was correct. This made travel super easy for us. We look forward to booking this property again.

Thank you for your feedback\. We would like to clarify what happened for future guests\. The reservation was canceled because the house rules were violated\. The guest had requested permission for a small dinner with three visitors, and permission was given specifically for that arrangement, with no overnight guests\. However, more than 10 people arrived at the property, which was significantly different from what had been communicated to the host\. After the reservation was canceled, the property was found with a substantial amount of trash and a strong marijuana odor\. We have documentation of the situation and the messages regarding the planned gathering\. We respect every guest, but we also have a responsibility to protect the property, our neighbors, and the experience of future guests\. The cancellation was based on the circumstances and the violation of the house rules, not simply because the guest had visitors\. We remain committed to providing a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all of our guests.

We went as a family of four for a weeklong vacation. Property is less than a 5-min walk to the Pink Line/Damen station, allowing us to access all sightseeing venues by metro/bus (download the Ventra app, buy a 7-day pass for unlimited access). The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and close to grocery stores. Washer/dryer was a big bonus, and so was dedicated parking space. Apartment is located in a working class neighborhood, and we enjoyed the vibe walking around exploring. Xurro is nearby and sells excellent churros. Freddy is a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was exactly as described, and location worked well for a guys trip to see some baseball. Beds were comfortable; minimalist in design. We didn't need the kitchen at all, so cannot comment there. Only one bathroom, but again, as described. Not a level floor in the place, and getting up the uneven stairs was a bit tricky for my 82-year-old father. Beat the heck out of multiple hotel rooms, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room after the games to relax and just hang out. Would be nice to have something in the apartment with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I would stay there again, but maybe not with my dad.

Place was really nice, super clean and comfortable, very close to train, parking spot off street is great. Was a little tricky to get in but host was very responsive. Is near a busy street so front bedroom person should have earplugs, all other bedrooms are very quiet. Was very happy with the place for the price. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay! The apartment was immaculate and maintained and our check in was super easy. Our host communicated quickly and was very helpful. In a great neighborhood with amazing food, people, and also a short easy walk to the Pink line to get you to wherever you need. If we make another trip to Chicago we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was perfect size for our family of 5. The beds were extremely comfortable., and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We appreciated the welcome snacks! Thankfully there was a parking spot for us, and the picture provided was super helpful. The only thing that we desired a little more was more options for eating to our liking. Also, the El train was within two blocks allowing us to get in the pink line very quickly.
