Please note that Tres Ocotillos Casita is a unique adult-friendly quiet sanctuary that is not suitable for children or pets and all guests and visitors are required to be registered by adding their names to the reservation. By booking this home, you and your registered guests are agreeing to the House Rules (see below) which includes a maximum # of guests allowed. Guests are strictly not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property without prior written permission of host. A fee of $150 per night for each non-registered guest may be charged and the reservation may be cancelled without refund if this rule is broken. Please direct all questions or concerns to the Host.

Welcome to Tres Ocotillos, a fully remodeled cozy and comfortable Casita less than a mile from local hot springs with views of Turtleback Mtn and 70+ year old Ocotillos that grace this desert home.

KITCHEN prepare and enjoy meals in the well-appointed fully remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops, undermount sink, stainless steel appliances, prep and serving ware, Cuisinart food processor, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, French press, pour over (single and Chemex style).

A triple filtration system provides filtered water for drinking and cooking.

A hand carved Mexican bar height table comfortably seats 4.

LIVING ROOM features a Smart TV, BOSE Bluetooth Speakers and a sliding glass door that opens onto a large private patio.

MASTER BEDROOM a king sized mattress on a wood platform bed complete with 100% cotton high thread count sheets ensures a great night's sleep. This room also includes blackout curtains, 2 closets with Elfa drawers and southern facing French doors that open onto a private patio with bistro seating.

SECOND BEDROOM is a private office/sleeping area with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling, desk with ergonomic chair, a twin daybed and a French door leading out onto the main patio area.

Adjacent to the 2nd bedroom is a walk through closet/dressing area with 2 closets, shelves, full length mirror and Elfa drawers

FULL BATHROOM completely remodeled with a shower/tub combo, vanity and plush towels. Shampoo, conditioner, 3 in 1 soap, lotion are provided.

UTILITY ROOM has a full sized washer and dryer, large utility sink, exercise equipment (yoga mat, weights, medicine ball, foam roller and yoga blocks) and room for extra storage. Detergent provided.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The property offers 3 separate, cozy and private seating lounge areas. Take in the view of Turtleback mountain in the distance and admire the almost century old ocotillos that reside here.

WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION please let us know you've read and agree with the following common sense Rules as we do enforce them to ensure a 5 star experience for everyone. If any of these rules are broken, there will be a fine and possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PETS and CHILDREN
Pets are not allowed. Tres Ocotillos Casita is not suitable for children.

REGISTERED GUESTS
Before the reservation is confirmed, we require the name(s), contact information and vehicle (make/model/plate) information of each individual guest staying on the property during the reservation.

VISITORS & EXTRA GUESTS
Guests may not bring any unregistered guests or visitors to the home at any time, for any length of time without prior written permission of the host. Any non-registered guest not previously approved by the Host on the property will incur a $150 per person per night fee and your reservation will be at risk of cancellation without refund.

SHOES: We request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the home.

SMOKING and VAPING: Smoking/vaping OUTDOORS only is allowed and an ash tray is provided (pantry). This includes cannabis use and vaping. Please dispose of all extinguished butts in the trash receptacle.
SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE will incur a $1000 charge taken out of the security deposit
CIGARETTE BUTTS discarded and found on the ground outside will incur a $100 charge taken out of the security deposit

CANNABIS USE: Recently, New Mexico, passed Recreational Cannabis use, which we support. We ask that you enjoy responsibly and remember please smoke outside only (including vaping).

COLOGNE, PERFUME and AIR FRESHENERS: Cologne and perfume products can linger in the house for days after checkout. Please keep our home as fragrance free as possible. An extra cleaning fee may be imposed if steps are required to eliminate strong odors before the next guest arrives.

Under no circumstances are minors under 18 allowed to be alone in the home.

NEW GUEST REVIEWS: Making a reservation at Tres Ocotillos requires at least 3 positive reviews on the main guests profile before a reservation is approved. If you don't have 3 reviews, we'll ask that you to tell us a little more about yourself and your guests in your inquiry.

The home is located in a tranquil quiet neighborhood with wonderful respectful neighbors.. We appreciate considerate guests who are conscious about loud outside noise during their stay.
