The space
Our home is a large upscale and modern style home with stunning views and beautiful outdoor areas.
As guests enter the property via the private gate, guests have plenty of parking spaces in front of the house or the back of the garage. Then guests can enter the house from the front door or the left side door of the garage with keypads. As guests step into our gorgeous modern home, guests will have a lovely, spacious floor plan with 4K+living sqft with 7 bedrooms (2 Master suites with extra futon/full size bed, 3 queen size rooms, 1 room with Full/twin bunkbed and a small room with a daybed), 6 bathrooms (2 private full bathrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms), a large living room with comfortable recliner sofa and 2 large rocking recliners, 3 dining rooms (1 formal dining room, 1 small dining room, and 1 large outdoor dining area), a gorgeous kitchen , and a separate laundry room all on the same floor.

For entertainment and fun time, Guests have access to a 1K+sqft game room that has a bar, 75inches smart TV, a nice pool table, ping pong table, poker table, and a sitting area with 4 recliner chairs for guests to spend quality time family and friends while enjoy drinks, music, singing, watching games/movies and playing games with family and friends.

For relaxing time, we have a beautifully landscaped backyard with gorgeous palm trees, a pool (not heated) with sitting area/umbrella/outdoor shower & spa (heated), a BBQ area with grill/refrigerator/chairs/umbrella, a relaxing gazebo area with fire pit/TV/comfortable large sectional, and a large dining area along with incredible views (day and night) from most anywhere on the property.

Price is based on 12 guests, but this place can fit up to 15 guests (see our sleeping arrangements for details)

Other things to note
Pool is not heated since it is very expensive to do so especially during winter time.
Spa - (available from April- November only for free of charge - 5 hours limit per day) - Guests need to call/text anyone of us about 1-2 hours before they want to use the spa so we can turn it on for them. Spa usually takes 1-1:30mininutes to heat up to 100 degree. During winter (approx. Dec. -March), temperature drops very low at night (usually 50 or under degree) so if guests want to use the Spa (especially during short stays), we can turn it on for $50 per day (subject to 5 hours limit per day) since the propane is very expensive out here. We will accommodate the spa to be on for stays over 4+ days for no additional fees (5 hours limit). Please note if guests want to use the Spa more than 5 hours per day, we will have to charge additional $10 per hour.
