The home is set in an ideal location easily walkable to shops downtown and several restaurants. The home itself was clean and smelled good and fit 9 of us comfortably. We were all very satisfied with our stay!

Super fun for a Labor Day beach vacation! Great to be walkable downtown and lots of space with bunk beds for kids! This is a dog welcoming house so people with allergies should be aware there is pet hair on couches, rugs, etc and understand that at booking. Thanks for great memories!

We had a great time and enjoyed the property! It is close to downtown and pet friendly other than the fence not being secure for small dogs.The host left a note acknowledging the need for a new fence.

We had a great time in South Haven! The house was as advertised. It worked well for our group of 7 adults and a toddler. The location was great for both the beach and downtown. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great! It’s walkable to everything: downtown, lighthouse, beach etc. The house was clean and family friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Such a great stay! Location was close to town and an easy walk to the beach. Great space for two families with teen kiddos with a living space on the main floor and a hangout space in the basement. Had all the kitchen gear we needed for dinners at home. And we’re super attentive to issues/questions we had during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Perfect home for my family. Was clean and great location. We had an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. There was toys donation basement for the kids to play. It was perfect.

Lovely stay in South Haven!

My husband, my mom, and my two dogs came with me on this visit to South Haven, and we loved the property. There was ample room to have a slightly larger family stay, so we had plenty of space. We loved having a fenced in backyard for the dogs to play and roam, and we were ~15 minute walk from the lake, ~8 min walk downtown. The area was clean, felt safe, and we would definitely stay again!

Girls Weekend

Absolutely wonderful! Very easy communication through email and text. This property had plenty of space for 8 ladies on a girls weekend. It had everything we needed and more! Everything was up to date and very clean. Made for such a smooth process all around. Would definitely stay again!

Great Mini Vacay!!

Really cute and comfortable cottage at a great location to both downtown and the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!! House is tastefully decorated and has everything you might need. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was the window draperies were very light and bright and no blinds. No chance of sleeping in! The back fence area is quite interesting too. Had a great time here!!

I liked-Proximity to the beach and downtown even with kids a 15 minute walkI liked the labels on the cabinets and lightingI loved all the little things for kids, extra toys, plates, utensils, cups, stools for the bathroom, high chair, booster seat, pack n play cribs, the baby gateThe dog stuff Things that could be improved, having a deck box for the cushions on the back patio. It rained the day we arrived so everything remained wet for two more evenings

Cute South Haven house!

We stayed at this house for our family vacation along with our pups as it is dog friendly! It worked out great for the dogs with the fenced in backyard and enough space for yard games, patio with a fire pit, and deck with table. The house is within walking distance of town and the beach, which was great! ! The only reason I gave 4 star rating overall was due to poison ivy along the fence line and patio lights that were on the fence but nowhere to plug in? The propane tank had to be changed out. The host had their maintenance guy to do it the very next morning. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with! Would not hesitate to rent again~ very positive experience!

Wonderful family 4th vacay

The house was cozy and had more than all the things we needed. With 2 dogs and 2 babies plus 6 adults, the space was laid out perfectly. Most of our time was in the adjoining kitchen/family room and there was space for us all. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes/appliances/pots and pans. There is even a blender for our wine slushies and a cabinet full of pup supplies. The basement space was well used with a nice variety of kids toys so we didn't have to stress about not packing enough toys. The outdoor children's roller coaster was a big hit for both of our babies under 3 y/o. The dogs enjoyed playing catch in the well-fenced yard although the gate and latch felt a little unstable, it worked just fine. The fire pit was enjoyed at night to help eliminate the mosquitos and was perfect. I would recommend this space for a family stay and if we ever make it back to South Haven, we would rent this home again. Great walking distance to town and the beach.

This was my family's third time to South Haven and third rental in the area. Everyone agreed that this house was the best!!! This place had it all - location, space and amenities! We were walking distance from the lighthouse and Phoenix St. which worked really well for the teens and pups. And don't be fooled! This place doesn't look like it can accommodate 10, but it absolutely did! We weren't on top of each other, and everyone had space to rest and relax. And the amenities were the best! There were emergency toiletries, kitchen needs and plenty of paper supplies. There were dog bowls for the pups, who loved the fenced-in backyard, and tons of toys and outside playthings for littler kids. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities with it being winter, but we hope to stay again soon!!!

Cute clean house

This rental was very cute and very clean. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and two bedrooms downstairs with a bath. The upstairs bath has a bath shower combination and downstairs has a shower. One bedroom downstairs is set up with two sets of bunkbeds which would be great for large families. There is also a den/gameroom downstairs. We had our dogs with us who experienced stairs for the first time! The yard could use a little TLC. I knew that the fence was a picket fence before booking. But the planks were spaced far enough apart that our terrier could get through so we never could let them off leash. And the patio furniture could stand to be cleaned. That was the only reason for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star. It was easy to access everything in South Haven from this property - well South Haven isn't that big. There is a nice kitchen. We only did breakfast at the house but everything we needed was there. We took the dogs for walks at night and they loved all the squirrels and cats that they met along the way. The property manager was very responsive with instructions on entering the house. We would still consider this house again in the future as it was very clean and very cute.

The location was great! You can walk to the beach and to downtown within 5-15 minutes. Cafe julia and the farmers market are super close and fun to go to. The house was very clean and has a fully stocked home with lots of blankets and kitchen items. Truly don’t have any negative things to say about this place.
