We loved this location the house was just right for our family the pool was plus. We will be back to enjoy this house again. Owners was reachable when we needed help.

Pool paradise

Quiet neighborhood, clean house with plenty of space to enjoy a family gathering. The kitchen was suppled with everything needed for cooking. The pool and backyard area is great. We enjoyed swimming. Our only suggestion is to update some areas and provide luggage holders in rooms for suitcases, first aide kit, and exterminate multiple fire ant mounds.

GREAT House!

A group of girlfriends made their trip happen finally! This house fit all our needs. It was CLEAN, well-stocked with supplies and looked like the pictures. It was also conveniently located as we found lots of places to eat, shop and went to the beach all within 15 minutes of driving. We ended up not using the pool but we were still pleased. All the bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! GREAT communication with rental company and/or owner as well.

Wonderful stay!

Property was great and so was Halle! Only issue was that there was no iron and ironing table (I guess not everybody uses them these days). I let Halle know and she took care of it quickly. Thank you very much!

Comfortable location close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 4pm. House was ready. It’s a driveway where we parked our 2 vehicles. The house was clean and AC at a comfortable temperature. Beds were made. Enough towels for 8 people. I brought beach towels. I recommend it. There was coffee and sugar and ice. The pool was clean and everything in the house. The beds were comfortable. There were roaches outside and a few came in. They were not inside when we got there. The place is like 15 min from beach. I would rent again.

The house is in need of updates..had issues with the pool ..make sure you take plenty of mosquito spray if you're going to set on the back patio or swim they are very bad...and fire ants everywhere in yard,we also seen some roaches in the house..but was told the where coming in from the outside..the property manager was very nice and got back with me fairly quickly when i texted him..overall i don't think it was worth the money we paid..will diffantly look for something else if we come back to the area 😉

It was Ok

Outlets werent working correctly. Doors were sticking. Shower doors didnt close in th2 master. The air conditioner was difficult to use and the house was extremely cold ar times. There were 2 wasps nest above the door. The pool was nice but outdoor furniture was outdated and dirty. The BBQ was out of propane . Only 1 tv in the living room on internet and was slow.

I would not recommend

The place is gross - there are palmetto bug/wasp issues, the bonus room doesn't cool effectively, the towels were damp when we got there, the pool was dirty and in disrepair, the patio umbrella was covered in mold and the entire house smelled very strongly of mold. It wasn't a clean, fun experience to stay here. The home and property need TLC and no one in my family would recommend staying here. The maintenance/property management people were nice but there is a lot of work that needs to go into this place. Overall, a really crappy experience. All of the other reviews of this place on VRBO are the same-that should have been a red flag for me, so I wanted to leave an honest review. I am not trying to bash them, I just would not stay here if there is any other option, I would SERIOUSLY consider someplace else.

If you’re not picky!

Comfy beds and kitchen had all we needed! Pool was great and plenty of pool toys although storage closet for them was way too jam packed with lots of other stuff and it was difficult opening the doo. No AC in kids room but there was a fan. Cupboards and fridge had left over and opened food stuffs-eww. Laundry area was very useful but cluttered with stuff-just needed arranging. Cabinet under sink was also cluttered. Dishwasher pod dispenser didn’t work. Many wall outlets wouldn’t hold plugs. Master bath shower faucet loose-thought it would come off and not enough towel bars. If you have any issues with bugs of any size this is not the place for you. The whole place needs attention inside and out. The exterior doors are not sealed thus allowing insects inside, all of the interior doors stick while opening and are noisy, lawn hadn’t been mowed when we arrived and 5 days during our stay it wasn’t mowed. We’ve stayed in much nicer places for less money.

Could use a little work, property management company is amazing!

The first bathroom toilet didn’t flush very well, and the master bathroom shower doors over lap and would sometimes get stuck. However the home was very nice and we would stay again. The Property management company is a delight to work with and takes care of your needs very quickly.
