Welcome to our beautiful, fresh, and modern loft in the middle of downtown! Perfect place for couples and friends. Popular Granville, Davie, and Robson streets are just one step away, where you can find restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and stores for any taste! Famous Yaletown with a lot of cool clubs and restaurants and historic Gastown are 5 min drive. Skytrain station is only a few min walks from our place. Underground parking included.

Really nice property and would recommend it if you're a first timer in Vancouver. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the kitchen every morning and dinner from time to time to save money. Pros : -Walkable distance from major attractions, or from the bus/sky train. We managed to visit a lot of things easily and get back to the condo to rest between activities. -There is a grocery store and coffee shop in front of the building, which was very much appreciated! -The view on the rooftop was amazing. -The bed was very comfortable and clean. -Maybe it's because of the time of the year, but we found it rather quiet outside and couldn't hear any neighbours. -We found the area to be safe to walk around. The building itself is very safe and there is usually a concierge at the entrance. Cons : -Check in was a bit difficult, we got the access code earlier but the locker didn't release the key until 3pm. -The air conditioner was not plugged in when we arrived and had to contact management. Two kind employees promptly came after to install it. As other reviewers wrote, it is *very* loud and you need to keep the blinds down all the time if you want the condo to be at a comfortable temperature during the warmer summer weeks. -The dishwashing machine was not functional. So, keep that in mind that you will need to handwash everything. -No recycling or compost bin, there is only a garbage bin.

Great stay!

Overall great stay, host was responsive and check in and check out had flexibility. The AC was not the greatest at keeping the place cool during the day but still comfortable! Would come back and stay again

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a great location to walk all over downtown. The building is nice and quiet, we had zero issues with noise or the area. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need is there. Parking is great. Great value and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this loft in downtown Vancouver from March 19-24, 2025. The condo is exactly as it looks in the photos so if you like the ad, you will love the place.If you are planning to use the kitchen you will find it well equipped with modern, clean appliances and all out the cookware, dishes and utensils you could possibly need. Free coffee is supplied and there is also an assortment of basic pantry items like salt, pepper, etc.The living room has a large TV with all the popular streaming apps loaded up and ready for you to login or cast from your phone or laptop. As someone who travels with a laptop, the extra monitor on the desk was a great perk! There are large windows with a nice city view. Suggest closing the blinds when you are out during the day as the room heats up with from the sun. The property is very centrally located and the perfect jumping-off point to explore anywhere in the downtown area. Two stations on the Canada line are within easy walking distance if you need to go further (and provide easy access to YVR). Absolutely check out the rooftop common area both during the day and especially after dark for spectacular city views. It can be accessed by the stairwell right across from the front door of the unit or by taking the elevator to PH and then up one flight of stairs. Spectacular. We highly recommend this condo for a couple exploring the city or as an interesting hotel alternative for a business traveler working downtown.

Great Location and Condo

The condo was well appointed and just as pictured. The system they have set up for getting the keys is efficient and easy. Great to have parking available that was an important aspect for us to get to North and West Vancouver as well as the Ferry Terminal for an Island trip. We found it easy to tour Vancouver on foot from the central location. We would certainly recommend.

Cute little loft submersed in the action of downtown AND it includes parking! Great location a couple of blocks from my company’s Vancouver location. There was a bit of an issue with the parking description which they resolved as soon as brought to their attention. Nice portable air conditioner kept things cooled well. Stairs are a bit loud, but other than that I couldn’t ask for more!

Was a great stay in an accessible area of Vancouver! Had a bit of trouble at check in, but the manager was responsive and attentive even though we were checking in early!

Great Stay

Beautiful condo right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Easy check-in process and great communication with the host throughout the trip. Would definitely stay again next time I'm on the west coast!

We enjoyed our stay at this loft! It held a very homey feel to it, it was tidy and clean, and the location was great for us as we wanted to be in and around downtown Vancouver! The team was also great with communicating details of our stay!

Great place

Overall a great place , as advertised, and very central. Only minus is we found it a bit noisy at night hence 4 stars overall, but we were in a city so shouldn’t penalise too much. It was very clean and well equipped and the owners really helpful.
