There is room for an air mattress so just let us know if you might need that for your stay and we will be sure it is there for you. Should you need to get a little work done during your stay? We have a dedicated office area and high-speed WiFi internet.

There are two parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as plenty of street parking, and a short distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, bike paths, hiking, and the light rail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. Only a 22-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect for a couples' getaway or someone working in the area for a while.

Should you need more space for your group, there is also a separate 2750 sq ft house on the property that can be rented--featuring a gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining area and eat-at island and sleeps 10+. Note, these have completely separate entrances and parking, and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.
