Den kunstfærdigt udpeget historiske pensionat er kendt som Dubuque Lane Guest House. Det er beliggende i et historisk uldent mølle-distriktet med udsigt over Winooski floden i Burlington, Vermont. Pensionatet er nyrenoveret og indrettet med original kunst. Nyd en visning af blomsterhaver fra det tilbage dæk og Winooski floden fra de forreste vinduer. As promised

Two adults staying for a three day weekend. Parking a car under the carport was great as there was some rain during the stay. Check-in was a breeze and the rental was clean and inviting, just as pictured. Walking distance to brewery and nice restaurants - 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!!

The property was just as advertised… My wife and I love the location to all the great restaurants in the area to the local walking and bike trails and especially to the board room next-door… We enjoyed every minute of this wonderful place and would definitely come back in the future.

Great Stay

Love the location! Thank you for supplying such lovely local items for us to enjoy upon our arrival. I hope that we can stay there many times over the next few years as our daughter attends UVM. You have a wonderful place and are a wonderful host.

Perfect for us

This place was wonderful. Good location, lots of space, comfy mattress and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and the provisions were tasty . It was clean throughout and had a lovely garden. Jennifer was great and answered all of our questions promptly. We would stay here again

A Wonderful Stay in Burlington!

Perfection

My sisters and I absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse! It was the perfect place to come back to after some bike riding, shopping and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the artwork, gardens and cat! We hope to come back!

What a lovely spot!

My friend and I had such a great time staying here — it’s one of the rare stays that is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, Jennifer was very helpful with questions about excursions in Burlington, and we loved the location.

Charming and comfortable guest house!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the guest house. We were warmly greeted by our host and Tootone the cat. We enjoyed being able to walk easily into Winooski, as well as up the hill into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Loved the room and the location.

The room was beautiful with great artwork everywhere. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go all week. The parking in the car port was so convenient. Loved everything about this place. Will be back.

Great property and location. Very comfy. Jennifer and Gregg are wonderful hosts. We loved the local coffee, granola, and milk in a glass bottle, as well as the fresh fruit bowl that provided.

Fantastic stay and fantastic hosts!

Jennifer and Greg were the perfect hosts. We were in Burlington for the weekend to run the marathon and they had fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and granola waiting for us! The place was adorable and comfortable for the three of us. Cute area by the river and walkable to everything. Our first time to Vermont, but definitely not our last!

Perfect little spot for a getaway

This was one of the best stays at a VRBO property we have ever had! The place was clean, nicely furnished and decorated and they provided lots of extras like fresh fruit, flowers, yogurt granola juice coffee tea. We felt right at home and Greg and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. Honestly it was hard to leave. A little slice of heaven.

Beautiful studio apartment in a great location

We've stayed in a number of VRBO properties over the years and this was one of the nicest. The apartment really is immaculate with interesting and eclectic artwork covering the walls. The breakfast items (fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and milk) were unexpected and appreciated! Thanks, Jennifer and Gregg - we'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

I can’t even tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! It was the absolute perfect location within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and very unique shops and nearby nature and bike trails. There was a beautiful view of the gardens on one side, and the flowing river on the other. Megan greeted us, and the property was the perfect combination of comfort and authentic style. The fresh fruit, local milk, yogurt and cider added a special local touch and my favorite—fresh flowers! I could go on and on but anything I would say is not enough—it was Perfect! Be sure and try the nearby restaurants across the river—some of the best food we have ever had! And the shopping and breweries on church street was also a highlight. Be sure and check out the Lake Champlain Bike Trail.

SMC visiting parents

This was a perfect place to stay while attending our daughter's graduation from Saint Michael's College. The commute to SMC was about five minutes away. The apartment was so clean and comfortable! The granola, yogurt, fruit and coffee were just what we needed to start each day! My husband loved the coffee made with a French press. I loved having no television and to be able to sit quietly and read with soft music in the background, very relaxing! It was nice to be able to walk to dinner at night in Winooski. We will be sure to stay with Jennifer and Gregg again when we are in the Burlington area in the future.

Quaint with lots of little extras

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Winooski River. The artwork in the guest house was interesting and beautiful! We enjoyed the proximity to Burlington as well as the information book providing local restaurants, etc. There was fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and granola, all locally sourced. A very nice surprise! The only complaint that we had was the significant amount of road and airplane noise. We don't remember reading that in any reviews. This was mostly during the day and not late at night. Knowing that, we would still stay there in the future. Perfect for a couple!

Great Winter Getaway

My partner and I came to Vermont to celebrate our 8 year anniversary together. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Coming from Florida, we got to switch it up and enjoy some cold weather and snow for the first time. Our host was very accomodating and responsive to all of our questions. The location itself is right by the airport, and you can see a lot of good places with a short drive, since it's close to the interstate as well. Burlington itself was very quaint and it was nice to support so many local businesses during our stay. We did notice there are not a lot of major chains without driving further out, so be prepared to try some local food and drink. (why wouldn't you?) The house itself was very clean and well stocked with plenty of supplies, so definitely look before you buy anything. The included carport is a very nice feature to have in the winter, and the space heater in the house kept us nice and toasty. Overall, this is a great little spot to set up camp if you're looking to visit Vermont!

Absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was nothing short of lovely. Jennifer and Gregg were so kind as to put out snacks such as granola, coffee, and fruit during our stay. My sister and I were so grateful for how prime the location was to city of Burlington, yet how quaint and quiet it was at night. We are so thankful and would definitely recommend staying here!
