Beach view was amazing from balcony. Condo had everything we needed. The beach decor was perfect. I wish the owner would have had suggestions about good local places to eat or things to do. Shower head in master bath looked nasty. Other than that wonderful condo.

The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive when contacted. Its very nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo. The view is exceptional. Just need to find a solution to keep pigeons off the balcony furniture. An electronic owl would work better.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo!! Everything was clean and supplied well. Check in and out was easy. The resort property was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pools. The beds and furniture were comfortable and had plenty of linens. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay again.

The location of the condo was great for the beach and from the balcony. The room was okay but not what the photos showed! The bedrooms were clean as was the kitchen, but the one tub in the spare bath was dirty. Also there was a lot of dust, fingerprints and stains on the furniture which made it seem like it was not thoroughly cleaned.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was super clean, smelled good, had super comfortable beds, etc. Maintence was quick to respond to an error code issue with the stove. He was very friendly and courteous. The view was gorgeous from the 21st floor.We did have a pretty major issue that remained unresolved. The TV in the living room went out the morning after we arrived. I reported it, waited for an update and didn't receive one. Followed up again that afternoon and was told they had to reach out to the owner for approval to replace it. Never heard anything else, it wasn't replaced and I was never provided another update. The rest of the trip we had to go to a bedroom to watch TV. It's very frustrating to go on vacation and not be able to use the main TV.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! The condo was clean, conveniently located, and as advertised. The owner and rental company were responsive and helpful.The living room TV stopped working during our stay, and the owner promptly submitted a service ticket. Someone came out quickly, but the TV needed to be replaced. Since a replacement wasn’t immediately available, we had the bedroom TV moved into the living room, which worked well. The replacement was installed on our last night. We appreciated how quickly the owner addressed the issue.There were two areas that could use improvement. The outdoor cushions had a substantial amount of bird droppings on them. While this is understandable to some extent outdoors, there was enough to make us uncomfortable sitting on them, so we flipped the cushions over.Our biggest disappointment was that the resort’s hot tub was out of service for our entire stay. This was one of the amenities we specifically wanted when choosing a place to stay. We did not see anyone working on it, and resort management did not appear to make repairs a priority.Despite these concerns, we enjoyed our stay. The owner and rental company were fantastic; our main disappointment was with the resort’s handling of the hot tub.

Our beach vacation was amazing! This property was spacious and comfortably accommodated my entire family. Everything we needed was provided, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for large groups or family getaways!

Great family vacation

The room was clean and exactly as described! The elevators were great! Our kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

50 Parking fee should be stated up front in listing. Place was clean and great view. Pigeon poop all over the balcony which was gross and looked like it hadn’t been power washed in a while. I will commend them for sending maintenance to clean the deck once we let them know.

Great Property and Location

This was our first stay in Panama City Beach. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with a great view. We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.

Great Getaway Vacation!

We had a great stay. Unit is exactly as advertised. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Resort is perfectly located. It is within walking distance of Pier Park, as well as, great restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay here or another Blue Swell property again.

Perfect

Our stay was great. Room next to the elevator but not loud. The view was beautiful. The beach chairs was a great addition. This was perfect for our quick little get away.
