Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!
Other things to note
This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom in addition to this unit upstairs, we well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Great location for soccer tournament

My husband, teenage son and I stayed the weekend here for a soccer tourney, just 4 miles from the unit. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast each morning. I loved going for a morning run from the unit to the Riverwalk. Steven was very responsive

Perfect location!

This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing!

Checks all the boxes.

Charming clean, cozy and convenient apartment in a great location. Host was communicative, checking in and parking was a breeze, bed was super comfortable and the location was a 2 minute drive from the downtown event we were there to attend. Would definitely book again.

Cute and comfortable

I only stayed a night for work, but would definitely come back. I love the old historic decor touches, and the bed was nice and comfortable.

Everything we needed!

I lived in Wilmington for 12 years and I miss it so much. My husband and I take a trip whenever we can and this time we went down to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again.

Charming home, awesome location

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. This property was nice & met our needs. Nothing fancy but simple & adequate. The location was optimal for walking to all activities on the riverwalk.

Loved the condo!

Everything was great. I am handicapped and the stairs were long and steep. I don’t recall the ad even mentioning 2nd floor or a difficult long stairwell. Still had a great time. It would have been nice to have the option decide knowing that. Thank you, Kelly

Historic Half run and visiting daughter at UNCW

Needed a place to stay downtown, was running the Wilmington Historic Half early Sat morning. Arrived late Friday evening. Apartment so cute and clean. Great location. Easy to get into with private back stairs. They are steep, so be aware if that’s a physical issue. But there is a front door entrance as well. Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and bed slept great! We did have a family emergency and had to leave a day early and hosts were super responsive and understanding. We will book here again and again for future visits. Can’t wait for different seasons too!!

Highly recommend

This is a delightful property on the 2nd floor. It is in the historic district of lovely old homes, and less than 10 minutes to the riverwalk. Steven kept us well informed about check-in and promptly answered any questions. A great stay in a well-equipped apapartment.

Good location and good communication

Simple vacation rental, no frills, exact as the listing. Good if you’re in town for a wedding. The ac unit in the bedroom is very noisy so we turned it off, the unit would probably have been way too hot in the summer months for us. Something to keep in mind if you are noise or temp sensitive. The owner is very quick at responding and provides good directions. Plus a free parking space behind the home!

Great Weekend Stay

The hosts were super welcoming and communicative, and the property was great! Everything was clean and the location was very convenient to downtown and other parts of Wilmington.

Awesome place to stay!

The unit is just like the pictures and the check in/out process is perfect. I would definitely come back to this location! However, make sure to keep car doors locked and you may want to buy bug spray if you go during warm months!

AMAZING

Needed a place to stay for just one night in Wilmington and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. The unit was very warm and welcoming, and really encapsulated the quaint vibe of the town, and Steve (the host) was super helpful. If we ever come back to Wilmington we definitely know where to stay!

Incredible!

This property was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and orderly, well decorated and had everything I needed and more. A fabulous neighborhood close to downtown and secluded enough to feel private. It was hard to leave once my stay came to an end. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive- I had to call and ask if I could check in early and was allowed to check in almost immediately, which really saved me a ton of inconvenience. I would recommend this quaint little place to families/couples, or just yourself. I can’t say enough good things. 100/10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute, Historic and Easy Access to Downtown

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The house was clean and charming. We enjoyed the easy walking distance to the downtown waterfront, where all of our activities were. The only suggestion would be to update the air conditioning units. The master bedroom unit struggles to keep up.

Great Spot!

This apartment was perfect location to explore Wilmington. Great neighborhood, and walking distance to downtown. Parking was super easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. Our host was awesome and accommodated our earlier arrival time. Would stay again!
