Everything was wonderful. The location was convenient and the property was just as described. We were traveling with a mobility chair, and doors were plenty wide, and everything accessible. Beds were comfy and house was very cozy

The house was perfect for a mini family reunion. Grateful I found and chose this home! Super spacious, neighborhood was charming , and the host was pleasant. I definitely Recommend the stay.

The bedrooms and sleeping arrangements are clearly pictured and they are clearly described. The 4th bedroom in which he is speaking of is kind of a bunk room popular with families. There’s a TV in there and two sets of trundle beds and it is possible to pull both stored trundle beds out and sleep 4 people in four twin beds. Just for clarity. The other bedrooms are spacious queen beds, as pictured and described. Hope this helps future guests.

An incredible location, perfect for our event at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Comfortable beds and a roomy kitchen that came in handy for preparing meals.

Great location

Loved the neighborhood. House was perfect for our girls trip. It accommodated all 6 of us. Clean and has a cool design style.

House close to city

The house is in a great location, just a short Uber ride into the city. The house was well stocked, clean and quiet.

Great stay!

My friend group stayed here for GenCon. The property was clean, easy to access and matched the property description. Clint was very clear with all check in/check out processes and even worked with us for early check-in/late check-out to accommodate our flights into town. The property is conveniently located near downtown and several fantastic restaurants. We had a great time, no complaints.

Nice place

Great setup & comfortable beds. This area of Indy is odd, the neighborhoods are good one block and then sketchy the next. I thought the area was fine and we stayed with 3 kids, 9,11,13. My wife would have liked a nicer area. Overall great stay.

Agree, downtown adjacent areas in Indianapolis can vary quite a bit from block to block. I really wish Chris’s stay would’ve been longer so he could’ve experience the warm, eclectic, and engaging neighbors THIS block has to offer.

nice house in an ok area. everything you would need for your stay. just bring the things that you might run out of like paper products and laundry/dish washer products

That’s a good recommendation regarding supplies. We always stock enough supplies so you’re not having to run out and shop in the first 3-4 days of arrival.

The house was not clean when we got there. The beds were not made and there was garbage on the kitchen table and opened food on the counter tops. We had to leave and come back in an hour and half to give them time to clean. When I contacted the owner, he was testy at my email. He did apologized for being short tempered with me. The house is a little "tired". Even though the kitchen is updated, the stove needs to be replaced, as do the shower curtains..

Kathy is justified here; a cleaner communication failure, yet she allowed me to resolve. Unsure about stove complaints but will dig further with her on this issue. “Testy” was just a mismatched reply to a spammer—wild half hour for sure. Solid feedback accepted.

Perfect Home for a Softball Tournament Stay!We had an amazing week-long stay at this property while traveling with two other families for a softball tournament, and it was the perfect home away from home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free.After spending long, hot days at the fields playing softball, this home was the perfect place for the girls to come back to, relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. They had a comfortable space to unwind, laugh, and make memories outside of the competition. It was also a wonderful place for the parents to relax after busy tournament days, share meals, spend time together, and strengthen the friendships and bonds that make travel softball so special.The amenities were excellent and made a huge difference during our stay. Having a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, great WiFi, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and all the essentials provided allowed us to truly settle in and feel at home. The space was perfect for accommodating multiple families and gave us plenty of room to enjoy both privacy and quality time together.The property was well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The convenience of having everything we needed made our tournament week much easier and more enjoyable.We are so grateful for the wonderful memories created here and would absolutely recommend this property to other families traveling for any reason!

IUPUI family weekend

Excellent property for our weekend stay! Easy drive to the IUPUI campus and downtown Indy! Couple of nice restaurants very close and a family dollar within a short walk if you forget something or your kids want icecream one night! Owner added another couch before our stay in the living area and it was great for movie watching. Parking around back is great and fit two cars perfectly with walking room in between. I do wish the back driveway was marked or had a number out there. Overall a great stay and we will be back to visit our daughter at college.

House is much larger on the inside than it looks. Spacious and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Ice maker didn’t work while we were there but I’m not sure the owner was aware. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cups/bowls. Overall cleanliness is good but could be better. Some walls, floors and vents were missed. Owner was communicative and friendly and quick to respond. Giving 5 stars because even though some areas missed the mark a little for us, perfection was not our standard. Comfort was and it was definitely that!

Nice large group stay for the indy500

We had a great time in Indy! We had 9 total people and were very comfortable. We did kill a total of 8 roaches over the weekend, and the house was not stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, or body wash but we were able to go to the store to sort that out. Additionally there was a surprise (I could have read the fine print but I didn’t) check in process where I had to text my ID or it would be cancelled? But overall was a decent place to stay. The actual house was clean and beds were nice.

So I got my pest professional in there Eight days later, and it has professional opinion there are no cockroaches, I have quoted his findings “ Mainly ants, spiders, and some earwigs; not bad. I think they may have mistaken the earwigs for roaches.” Needless to say, we did treat with barrier treatment for the nuisance insects, ants and etc. Every guests’ experiences and observations/Feedback are taken seriously—as was done in this case. We are glad to improve all future guest experiences.

Lovely set up and comfy beds

Nice layout with open common space for family time. Furniture set up made it easy to set up some games and have a movie night. . The room with the twin and trundle beds was a hit with the kids. Beds, and a good night's rest, can make a difference. Firm but supportive and comfortable. Some VRBO places don't have good mattresses which makes sense. It was a pleasant surprise that theses were so comfy. Place was clean and easy to access. Not an overly detailed check out to do list. Close to many downtown events. Our dog loved visiting too! The area can be described as up and coming. Walked my dog a few times a day. Everyone I met was fine and I felt safe.

Guest did not provide ID per Rental Agreement; credentials had not been issued for their entry thus their own lapse of procedure caused their delayed entry. Guest was given opportunity to provide their ID and alleviate their delay in entering. They refused noting they had already booked another property. Therefore, this review is invalid and administratively not appropriate.
