Our spacious 4BR/2.5BA home wonderfully designed is fully equipped with family-friendly amenities for those traveling with little ones. Conveniently located near Town Center, Apex Center, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach, it’s perfect for families, groups, or longer stays. Sink into our plush memory foam beds and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.

Open-concept living area with 60" and 55" Smart TVs. Dining area and fully stocked kitchen for meals together

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes check-in/out times, house rules, and stay information.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
Within 1 hour = Complimentary
2+ hours early/late = with a fee (Subject to booking calendar availability) *not always possible due to back-to-back reservations*

STARTER KITS:
A complimentary welcome kit is provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry pods). Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies once used up.

LAWN CARE
Bi-weekly lawn maintenance provided.

PETS
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs welcome
$150 per pet, per stay
Pets must be crated when left alone and kept off furniture/beds
No cats allowed

GUEST CAPACITY
Base rate covers 6 guests
Additional $30 per night per guest beyond 6 (max occupancy: 8)
