This condo is awesome! My husband and I have reserved it twice and just love it. So welcoming from the minute you open the door. It has everything we need and we love the chic beachy look. Feels like our home away from home. Lots of attention to detail and very comfortable. Will definitely come again!

Chose this property due to the many positive reviews regarding cleanliness - none were exaggerated! Very clean condo, comfy bed, very easy check in and check out. Compared to hotels we stayed at in Austin the parking was much cheaper. Highly recommend this rental!

We love The Dawn. Only place we have ever stayed at. This condo was no exception. Very well kept. Perfect scenery. And very relaxing. The only thing it needs is a slip mat in the bathroom/shower for old people. Bring your worries and watch tide tide wash them away

Love everything about the place but all the stairs was hard on my knee/hip issues. The listing doesn’t accurately show just how many stairs you have to climb and we had to carry all of our stuff ourselves, which was quite a bit and we were staying for several days. Also, there was no coffee filters or any basic necessities which most places provide.
