Welcome to Metro-Detroit and our super chic bungalow in North Royal Oak. Our cozy, stylish home is an ideal place to stay as you explore all that metro Detroit has to offer while visiting for pleasure or for business. This is a 3 bedroom with 2 full bathroom home boasting a game/entertainment and a zen den in the basement and a bungalow with a spacious bedroom and an office. The main floor features an elegant living area with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, and a dining area.
The space:
This beautifully appointed home features lots of vintage details & charm including plaster walls, a living room w/ coved ceiling & hardwood floors throughout much of the main level. Highlights of the kitchen include quartz countertops, a farm sink, open shelving, and an adjacent, sun-filled dining room. A beautifully updated bathroom w/ a refinished, claw-foot soaking tub & pedestal sink complete the first floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom along w/ a loft space utilized as an office room. The finished basement includes an entertainment room with a bar, a roomy full bath w/ custom shower & a laundry. This home sits on a nice-sized lot & has a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining. Convenient to downtown Clawson & Royal Oak.

There are locked closet doors in the bungalow where we store cleaning supplies that guests do not have access to

House is cute, clean, comfy, and in a great location. Close to an amazing market for food. Green Lantern Pizza is down the street for your enjoyment. Hosts are friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have.

The property was great and the few little things we noticed that needed addressing were not prohibitive or affected our stay in any significant way. Communication with the owners was great and we'd definitely stay again.

This is a cute small house that was perfect for 4 travelers. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Note that there is no Keurig coffee maker but there is a regular coffee maker. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. The location is great. We went to Breakout Escape Rooms in Royal Oak and it was a lot of fun. Rock & Brews also was good for lunch (Sunday Happy Hour from 11-3). Thanks for the great stay!

My close friends and I had a wonderful getaway for my birthday, we loved how close it is to so many stores and restaurants! We cooked delicious food and treats to celebrate, we appreciated the wide variety in the kitchen, it made cooking a breeze. The home was beautiful, clean and the perfect spot for game night! The hosts were so accommodating and friendly, they even had firewood for a cozy fire and smores! Highly recommended this property for your next getaway!

We spent several years in the area and it is always a joy to be back at our Royal Oak home. This home allows us to be central to all the main hubs in the area with quick freeway access along with being right next to Royal Oak and Clawson downtown. We love the local eateries and cafes being a quick drive and the walkable neighborhood.
