Get ready to be amazed at the Highlands Reserve! This fantastic villa has had a complete makeover and offers breathtaking views of the Highlands Reserve Golf course. Nestled in a quiet Cul De Sac, this spacious villa is the ideal place for ultimate relaxation with plenty of comfortable seating.

Let's explore the fantastic features: The first thing you'll notice when you enter the villa is the beautiful formal dining room which seats 6 people. On the other side of the hallway you'll find the first bedroom with a Queen bed, dresser and build in closet. You'll also find the first living room in this area, which has two sofa's and gives access to the spacious pool deck.

The master bedroom is like a king-size paradise with its own luxurious bathroom – double sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.

The living room is a tech lover's dream with a large 65-inch Smart TV and an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa. Next to the living room you'll find a beautiful open kitchen with everything you can think of to make a nice meal (if you feel like it, of course). The charming breakfast nook is located right next to it.

But wait, there's more greatness! The second master bedroom is equally impressive with a king-size bed and a bathroom that opens right onto the pool deck. Lastly, the other two bedrooms have cool nautical vibes with  two single beds each. They share a bathroom equipped with everything you need – sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo.

And here's the exciting part – every bedroom comes with its own flat-screen TV featuring Roku and they all have a ceiling fan as well.

Time to step outside onto the expansive pool deck – your personal paradise with stunning views of the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This deck is so roomy, you'll be soaking up sunshine all day long.

Oh, and did I mention the entire house got a glamorous makeover in October 2022? Stylish vinyl planks are everywhere!

This villa is in the heart of the Highlands Reserve Golf Community, just a quick 20-minute drive from the Disney Parks. It's the perfect spot for an amazing vacation – you won't want to miss out!

➤ Important Note
Guests will receive an initial welcome pack with 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel, 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods and a small bottle of dish detergent. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock these items for the remainder of their stay since the house is self catering.

Pool heat is not included, costs are $ 25 per day.܏
