It is open on the first floor with plenty of room to host small family gatherings. the home was built brand new in 2022. There is a High definition flat screen TV in every room, a large open kitchen with connecting dining room and living areas. the kitchen walks out to the large rear deck. There are 9 foot ceilings on the first floor. this is a very comfortable home for a large family or group.

Full access, this is an entire house.

We like to give our guests privacy, but are nearby if you need us.

HOA neighborhood. There is a shared pool and club house.

Car is recommended.

HOA has restrictions on length of stay. due to this some reservations may be cancelled that do not meet HOA requirements.

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO pets are allowed.
• All Rentals must be for a minimum 6 months term
• Subject to HOA rules.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
