Enjoy the outdoors in this beautiful 4/3 home right on the water with a newly updated covered patio complete with plenty of seating, a TV, outdoor bar, new 7 person hot tub, charcoal grill, swings, and room for fishing right off the dock. The sunsets are beautiful from the upstairs or downstairs patios. Turn on overhead green fishing lights after sunset for great night fishing as well. Enjoy a short walk to the local marina where there are restaurants and bars for food and drinks, a bait shop for fishing, and gift shop. Don't forget the beach is just a short 2-minute drive away!

The house comes with a large kitchen and living area stocked with everything you need for your gathering of family or friends. Chill your wine in the wine fridge and bring supplies to make a batch of margaritas in the margarita machine. Enjoy high speed WiFi and smart TVs in every bedroom.

This property is great. The house is very roomy. The kitchen is big with great appliances. The beds are comfortable. The downstairs patio has a bar with plenty of seating. Great space for parking. We will definitely stay again.

There is a loose rail on the back porch. Also the key box would not open. Luckily the back door was open. Great vacation.

Home was wonderful and the fishing was great! The house was perfectly comfortable and the beds were amazing! Hot tub was great and the check in was super easy! There’s very minor imperfections in the house like the shower not being able to bend as much as a super tall person would like but that’s really nothing to be mad about. Overall if you’re looking for a good fishing house (I got a 35lb gar off the pier) or even just one with a great view. This is it. There’s bars and convenience stores around the block.

The house is beautiful and everything inside was as promised online. We loved the layout and it was comfortable for everyone. The beds were comfortable and it was very updated and clean. Only complaint was that online the outside-patio area downstairs was described as equipped with ceramic Egg grill, hot tub, cocktail bar. While all of these were there, the bar had not been cleaned, the grill was broken and the substitute grill had not been cleaned since last cook. We had to go buy a grill brush and clean it in order to cook our first night dinner. The hot tub had not been cleaned, so we did not use but had looked forward to using it. That being said, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed fishing and spending my mom’s 80 birthday together. I would definitely go again and would recommend this house to others. Katie was great to communicate with and her instructions for entering and leaving were clear and easy.

Wow best house in Sea Isle

I’m not sure where to begin. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The beach house itself was absolutely gorgeous. The house had everything we could possibly imagine from stocked kitchen wear and utensils, wine fridge, margarita machine. The beds were all super comfortable. My guests were extremely happy. We were able to fish right off the dock into the canal. We got to enjoy the amazing hot tub. If I could give more than five stars I would. This house and the hosts are by far the best in Sea Aisle. I highly recommend booking. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!!

Dance Mom Getaway

The stay was simply amazing. From the easy check in to the location being nice quiet and clean. We came down for our daughters dance team trip and wanted to be away from the noise. Perfect house for the relaxation needed! Rooms were sound proof and very clean. I will be booking again!

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for a quick weekend before Christmas just to get away with our grown kids and have a little family time. This property was perfect with four bedrooms and three baths, a large living area, and lots of outdoor space. The hot tub was definitely a bonus for hanging out and relaxing, and a couple of my kids loved the opportunity to fish right off the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful, and while we did not go to the beach itself as it was a cold day, access was very close with easy access and parking. It is a short drive to the Seawall or the Strand; however, we knew this and did not mind at all. We would love to go back when we can enjoy using the kayaks and spending some time at the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing bay house!

We stay in Galveston every year and this house was one of our favorites!! The hot tub was amazing, the decor was cozy and comfortable. We loved the front stairs for easy unloading & loading and all the rooms and bathrooms were very nice! We honestly may book again if we get the chance!

Cleaning crew was still on site at check in time but host added extra time for check out. House was clean. Although we did not use them, the kayaks only had one oar. Highly recommend using the pier to fish. Hot tub just a little sandy, however it is the beach and we used it one night, relaxing! Overall, we would give this place a 5 star rating! We had a great time!

Very impressed with the host…

Admittedly, my initial review wasn’t going to be very positive. It wasn’t because the home itself had any problems, but rather, the outdoor space had a non functioning tv and we were there during the first weekend of college football. When I told the host, she had someone out there the same day to replace the TV. Great host, really nice place in a really fun area and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for time with family and friends.

Better than a Beach House

Our family of 4 (kids ages 5 & 7) along with two sets of grandparents spent a lovely long weekend at this home to end our summer. We normally go beachside, but took a chance on the bayside because we all love fishing and really enjoyed it! The home is lovely, homey, comfortable for everyone, very clean (including the not pictured primary shower), and strong A/C. The primary bed was very comfortable as were the linens. I would self-proclaim to be a tad picky when it comes to rentals, and the Perky Pelican home passed the test! The hosts did a wonderful job of making sure the comforts of home were all provided. Instruction manual was very helpful and we loved the Watermans restaurant recommendation. We all spent countless hours fishing from the dock and loved the nearby swing overlooking the water. The kids caught croaker, sand trout, speckled trout, catfish,pinfish, and a couple other fish off dead shrimp purchased at the nearby marina. We spent a day at the beach which has a lovely walkover just across the neighborhood and took a half day fishing charter out of the Sea Isle marina one morning. This home was perfectly positioned to do everything conveniently. The kids loved the hot tub too! Thank you for opening your beautiful home and accommodating a late checkout for us! The kids have said they want to come back already (and decided bay houses ARE indeed better than beach houses)! Cheers from Cypress, TX

Beautiful Home

An outstanding roomy home with everything you need. The hot tub, canal for fishing, patio area and kayaks were a hit! Plus, the beach was a short drive by golf cart or car. Very relaxing and peaceful stay.

Thanksgiving Week 2023

The property was nice as expected and convenient to our family and activities we did. The kitchen could be more well-stocked. There were no dish towels provided and some of the cooking supplies and utensils could be freshened up. Needed to get more paper towels. The front door was tricky and difficult to open. The keyless entry was broken, but we were warned before our check-in and easily accessed the key in the lockbox. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Sea Isle is a very unique neighborhood on Galveston's West End. It provides a unique experience with lots of fun available both on the bay and on the beach. Enjoy fishing in the bay and the social life of the marina as well as the peacefulness of the beach. Sea Isle has a little of everything Galveston has to offer.

Theres nothing like being right on the water, right down from the marina, and just a few minutes from the beach! Enjoy it all with this beautiful home with a great outdoor living space.
