Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. This is not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and we are having each one addressed immediately. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear that you found the property clean, comfortable, and convenient to Key West. We appreciate your feedback about the living room and kitchen seating, as well as the stove. We're sorry these aspects affected your experience, and we’ve already scheduled a maintenance check to address the stove issue. Your comments help us make improvements, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back with a more seamless stay.

We are so sorry to hear that Tomasz! We responded immediately to your complaint to resolve it and our #1 priority is our guest’s satisfaction at our rentals.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review. We’re glad you found the house cute, enjoyed the location, and that the pool worked well for the kids. We also appreciate you letting us know about the coffee maker during your stay - we were happy to replace it the next morning so you could enjoy fresh coffee. We’re sorry to hear the furniture height and the playground updates weren’t what you expected. We’ll review our listing photos and description to ensure they accurately reflect current amenities. We will also address the floor cleanliness concern with our housekeeping team, as this is not the standard we aim for. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about the property’s cleanliness, charm, and great location. We sincerely apologize that the hot tub was under repair during your stay — we completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially since it was one of the main reasons you chose this home. Since your visit, new pans have been purchased for the unit, and our team is currently checking the master bedroom TV to identify and resolve the sound issue. We want every guest to enjoy a fully comfortable and relaxing experience during their stay. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for noting our quick communication. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better stay in the future. Warm regards, The Bluescape Vacation Rentals Team
