Luxury Waterfront Condo

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Open the full glass panel wall to refreshing breezes and 180 degree view of marina, jungle and mountains. Not a car in sight as you walk the paseo de la marina from the front door past several charming waterfront cafés and a couple blocks down to a beautiful wide sandy beach Enjoy usual beach activities and or rent paddle boards, kayaks or hydrofoil for daring adventurers.

Condo was completely renovated in 2022. To include new kitchen appliances with filtered water to the cold tap and refrigerator for ice and water dispenser. New A/C units. Updated bathrooms and comfy furniture throughout to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. Master bedroom has king bed, guest room maybe configured as king or 2 twins.

Mostly great

We stayed at this nice marina condo for two months and loved the beautiful views and proximity to the beach. The place was clean and well stocked with dishes, linens and pantry staples. Local area restaurants were steps away and were very good. We did have a couple of issues with inconsistent hot water in the showers but eventually a plumber came and showed us how to get the on demand water heater to function correctly. We also had a problem with the washer lid not opening and could tell that this had been an issue before because it was bent up on one side. After a few uses the latch broke as we were trying to open it and the manager promptly had a mechanic come to fix it but we were charged for the repair. Overall it is a nice condo with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the boats and natural environment. Carmen, the property manager, was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions.

Great location

Nice Condo in a great location. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Close to the beach and water taxi to markets.

Great Time in Nuevo Vallarta

Very nice unit for the price paid. Particularly enjoyed the restaurants and social life close to the condo.

Fantastic views and Great location

Beautiful views of the marina and right next door to the Dolphin centre.There are a lot of great restaurants close by within a five minute walk and a small store close by. The beach is only a few minutes to walk, we went for long walks down the beach every morning.We took the water taxi to the other side of the marina to a shopping plaza to get groceries and on Tuesday they have a open market with fresh produce and seafood. The home is beautiful just like the pictures show. All new appliances, the dishwasher still hasn’t been used. We did have a few small issues but thanks to Carmen ( manager) and Holly ( Host ) solved most of the issues right away. You can get just about anywhere with the local buses and if you take the green ATM bus it will take into Puerto Vallarta and back. Thank you guys for the stay.

Amazing stay in great neighborhood

This condo is gorgeous! It was newly decorated and remodeled. Kitchen was fully stocked and host provided plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Everything seemed high end and super comfortable. Loved the neighborhood, the marina is quiet and the view really was fantastic. Walking the boardwalk to the beach every day was so pretty. There were a bunch restaurants in walking distance and so many more within Nuevo. Beach access was great the area seemed mainly residential without big high rise resorts so the beach was never crowded and sometimes nearly empty. The condo is managed very professionally from the level of cleanliness and attentive property manager who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I hope I get to stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone.
