Thank you for your review of your stay at the Waters End Cottage. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We have already addressed the issues of the missed clean completion and are grateful for your allowing us to make it right. We try our very hardest to not have misses like this. We appreciate your feedback on the additional items such has the broken blinds, in ability to locate sofa bed linens and delayed lawn maintenance, so we can address. The property is located on a public road, so unfortunately we do not have the ability to control traffic which ebbs and flows throughout each day and each season, as well as public adherence to private property signs. We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future, and we will do our best to ensure that your next visit is a more enjoyable one.
