Condo was as described and looked in pictures. One of the best air conditioners for a condo that I've ever stayed (and I stay cold most of the time indoors). The side balcony that is private before entering is perfect for leaving shoes and beach chairs while drying. It also kept sand from getting inside to almost none. Kitchen was the best for a condo I have ever stayed in.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review of Romar House 806B. We're glad the condo matched the photos and that the air conditioner kept you comfortable. It's great the private side balcony worked well for drying shoes and beach gear and kept sand out, and that you found the kitchen to be the best you've stayed in. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back soon.

Fun in spite of weather!

The property was clean, comfortable, right on the beach. The sinks in the two guest bedrooms were great for the four teenage girls and made bathroom lines so much better.

Fall beach trip

Decided to make a fall beach trip with our kids. We have stayed at Romar House 6 times before but 1st stay in this room. This room is fantastic. The renovation upgrades were very well done and really add elegance to the room. We hope to have an opportunity to stay in this room on a future trip.

We loved the unit. Light and airy, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the view was wonderful. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty. We could not walk barefoot without our feet becoming filthy.

Close to perfect

The condo is beautiful, well decorated, and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the mattress in the master bedroom was wonderful. I they need kitchen towels. They were quick to respond. I know that it is common to find a bug or two in the area. We found some during our stay, thankfully, already dead. I if that issue could be resolved, I would give it a perfect five stars.

Relaxing Getaway

Our daughter had gotten married the previous weekend so after we dropped them at the airport we took a few days to get away and relax. This place!!! This place is absolutely perfect AND we will be back here again. The place is immaculate, well decorated, kitchen well stocked, beds super comfortable, good selection of channels on cable. One of the things I liked was it was at the end of the building with a very private entrance behind a gate so a place of leave your beach items and zero traffic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Only issue we had was getting connected to WiFi because the password was wrong. Management sent someone right over. Do yourself a favor and rent this place

OBA Family trip

10/10 condo. 10/10 experience. Very convenient to restaurants & stores. Condo so well stocked, clean, and decorated. The larger layout of the condo made it feel more spacious like home and we were able to have room for all of our stuff. The enclosed front porch eliminated us having to bring any shoes and sand into condo with beach belongings so that was super nice and we were able to feel cleaner. Love all the rugs and walk in shower too. Teen daughters with us also enjoyed the extra vanities so no fighting over mirror space getting ready. Beach not crowded at all. Two pools and one of them partly shaded if you need to cool off. Will stay here again!

806B Romer House

I desperately would like to submit a nice review as we were so looking forward to this vacation. On a positive note the Property Mgrs follow up was timely and appreciated. Future renters need to be aware of the following. 1. Several dead cockroaches were found during our stay. 2. The spare bedroom (two twin beds) someone clearly got sick in this room and it sticks terribly of vomit. That room cannot be used! 3. Noise from the unit above was terrible! 4. Directions upon arrival could be more clear. Would not go back to this condo. Orange Beach is beautiful with a lot of rental options!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location is perfect, it was nicely decorated and very clean. The walk down to the beach was so easy, pools were nice and clean. We had some issues with not having blankets and linens for the pull out couch but it was resolved super fast and the property managers are very responsive. Our only complaint is the lack of basics. You are supplied only 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag which we were only there 4 nights but still needed additional. This is a very cheap item to supply and pretty frustrating to have to go buy a box to only throw out because we were flying so taking home really didn't make sense. Having plenty of those items would be a big win for guests and a very cheap expense for owners. When renting a home away from home you want it to feel that way. We could never find hot pads either so had to use a towel which was not ideal. Overall great stay if the owners/company would add in those additional items it would be our best VRBO stay (and we have done over 20) Thank you!
