Excellent location, cute property and the bed was very comfortable! The pool was clean and the perfect size. The kitchen was well equipped. AC worked great! The toilet wasn't clean despite the "sanitized for you" but a minor thing when the rest of the property was clean. I wish the cleaning fee was a bit lower but the nightly price compensated for that. We will definitely be back!

The property was well appointed and comfortable. The pool was very nice. While walking to the beach is doable, I personally wouldn't consider the property to be beachfront, as you have to cross a busy road to get there. The host communicated very well until we checked in, then no response. I wonder, though, if they received my 2 messages. Thankfully, the issue we had with the door lock didn't recur.

Cute little bungalow at an affordable price. Has a large closet area. Pool are was nice to hang out, read a book etc. very walkable to the beach and to some restaurants.We brought an extension cord which was helpful charging our cell phones at night. We also brought a folding table since we had an extended stay which was very handy for storing food. Cabinet space is tight. The price was right.

The location was great, we could easily walk down to the beach or several restaurants. And the kids loved the pool.The room was small but as described.But lacked basic amenities such as hand soap. There was only enough dishes for 3 people and we had 4, there was a coffee maker but no filters, and salt and pepper at the least would have been nice to have provided.The owner told me there would be beach chairs we could use, but apparently he meant very rusty patio chairs that were too rusty to even fold up.Some simple touches by the owner would have made this a much nicer place to stay.

It was perfect for our family of 3. Ideal location to walk to two public beaches, restaurants and the Phil Foster snorkel trail. We loved it here. We do wish the kitchen has a strainer, that the pool is heated a little in colder months, and the bathroom has an exhaust fan. Overall, the place is appealing, clean, the large closet was big enough to change in, and we would stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was perfect for my 2 people. Easy walking to restaurants and beach. The area had nice walking/running path if you are into morning exercise. Would stay again!

Short day for family party

I flew down for a family party and needed a place to stay for about four days. I was a little skeptical because it looks so nice and was so affordable, but it was great! Lots of amenities and incredibly comfortable bed and spotlessly clean! I will definitely stay here again!

Mini girls trip

It is a cute little apartment. It is a short walk to riviera beach & to some shops and restaurants. It served its purpose on our quick little getaway. Water pressure from the shower could be improved.

Location is great. A/C was broken for the first night had to listen to a loud portable unit for 1 nite. They came and fixed the unit next day. They had insurance people come through one day. They went through the entire unit and left everything open and on. Was a little annoyed by the person living in the building at the pool. One afternoon my friend and i went to relax by the pool and she kept peaking through the blinds staring at us. And one day i was driving through the lot and she said to her friend or roommate that i was driving the wrong way. Also one day the whole building had no water. I notified the manager and it was back on that afternoon. The units could use a bureau or shelfs for clothes. Other than that its not bad.

Clean, great location. No place to hang towels or put your things. Small, no pitcher or can opener only given 1 towel for the kitchen. Overall it was good for 1 week would need it to be bigger for any longer.

Budget Motel in Great Area

I thought VRBO meant vacation rental by owner. Disappointing that this is not the case. I would describe this place as a renovated low budget motel in a great area. it was extremely difficult to contact the owners. The place was clean and in an upscale location with great beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The size of the accomodation was a small bachelor apartment with a sliding door. It took 5 minutes to get the tap water to run warm, electrical plugs were broken, the kitchen sink was so small you could not fit a plate in it, and a scarcity of kitchen equipment such as sink plug, cutting board, pan for inside oven.

Not our best VRBO experience

Property was very clean and in a good location to beach and restaurants. Bed was not comfortable and made noises anytime me or my husband moved. Water pressure is not good. Most bothersome was the fact there was a moisture problem in the unit. It left a musty smell and it was very humid in unit even though it was not outside. Contacted owner. Took until next day to respond. Asked me if I wanted someone toCheck it out. Took owner another day to respond to my response of yes. By the. We were leaving next morning. The untimely reaponses from the owner was my biggest disappointment. From owner were very disappointing.

This place is so nice! It’s super tiny, but it did the job for my family of four. The kitchen is small and it’s extremely difficult to reach the items in the cabinets because they are so tall. So a step stool would be nice, but I’m not complaining. The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature. I wish I had received check-in instructions before I arrived. But I called the host, and he was able to help me get in the condo pretty quickly. The host was really nice and so was the property manager. My ONLY complaint (and it’s minor) is that the bathroom door didn’t lock. I’m just one who locks the bathroom door even if I’m at home alone. Most people probably don’t care about that, though. FYI: the laundry room is at room 6. I wasn’t told this upon arrival, and I couldn’t find it. Luckily, another resident showed me where it is. There’s still a room 6, but you must enter at room 6 to get to the laundry room. But I will for sure be returning to Riviera Beach and the Seascape property. My family and I had such an amazing time! Thank you to George for allowing us to stay at the condo!

Terrific location! Met the property owner twice during my stay. Very friendly and gave me a couple restaurant recommendations. Beach across the street with several easy beach access walks/parks.Nice boardwalk with several restaurants in easy walking distance. Great sidewalk/paved path along N. Ocean Blvd for morning runs.
