Welcome to "Ocean Escape" Condo @ Gated Gulf Highlands. Renovated & centrally located 1st floor condo has all you need-only 7 min walk to beach! No elevators and No stairs to haul luggage or groceries up and down. Park close to entrance. Enjoy the community Beach House, Gulf-front pool, and Gulf-side Bath. Gulf Highlands Beach House (opened June 2023) has delicious food and drinks right by the beach. Enjoy complimentary beach cart to carry your beach stuff, umbrella, & chairs. MBR features king bed, large closet, & dressing vanity/desk. Enjoy fully equipped kitchen w/quartz countertops. Watch your favorite show/game on big smart TVs w/ free WIFI. Versatile living room with daybed & queen sleeper sofa. Spacious pantry, Washer/Dryer, and patio w/grill. Walk to restaurants and shops. Sport's players-it's only 4 miles from the amazing Sports Park! 1 FREE parking spot comes with condo and additional inexpensive public parking is close by. We are centrally located in PCB and close to grocery stores (Walmart and Publix),1 mile from shipwreck island, 4 miles from Pier Park, 2 miles from Wonder Works, and only a few minutes from St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy11 pools (5 heated pools), shuffle board, tennis courts, pickleball, 18 hole mini golf course, and play grounds.

Satisfied

Great place to stay. The place was clean and modern. The only downside was having someone staying above us that was very noisy the entire week. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Perfect for our purpose.

We were down in Panama for my son’s baseball World Series. I like this location for that purpose, as it was very central located, and very close to ballfields. Many pool options in the neighborhood were nice as they were many and long hot days at the ballfield.

Ladies trip 2023

The property was just right for our group. It was well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable the appliances were nice. Could use a kurig coffee maker. The pools and amenities were great. We had a seven minute walk to the beach but we enjoyed the little bit of exercise and the pool on the beachside was nice, but should have someone to sell drinks and food snacks.

Thank you so much for your review and wonderful idea of the single pod coffee maker. I think we will add that next time we are down there and it will be a nice addition. We are so glad your stay was great and were comfortable with all the beds and amenities. Regarding serving drinks and food by the oceanfront pool, the beach house is being renovated and should be opening soon. It will have drinks, food, music and outside bar. We can’t wait for it to open. Come back and visit us again soon and maybe it will be open by then . Thanks again and we enjoyed hosting your ladies trip.

Perfect option for a week in PCB

We came to stay for a week for a softball tournament in PCB with our 18 year old. The condo was so perfect for our visit. The unit was so comfortable and in the perfect location. Our daughter loved the nook bed in the living room space and she felt like she had her own area. The bedroom had great storage for a week long stay. We were able to get to the beach easily; so many nearby restaurants and stores. There was perfect access right between our two softball facilities to get to games. Shawn and Devin left great instructions around the condo to understand how things worked and where things were located. All the little details from good sized bath towels; towels for the beach; a beach wagon and chairs; kitchen items to make having food their easy to cook made this such a wonderful stay. We would stay again!

I am a people person and I love to meet new friends so hosting gives us that opportunity. We live in Louisiana and love to come to the beach as much as we possibly can. I love family time, hiking, and all things real estate.

We chose to buy in Gulf Highlands because the location is everything! It's a low rise community so no views are blocked by high rise buildings in our community and there are NO elevators to ride and wait on. I love that there is a parking spot right by the building and not in some distance parking lot so unloading and loading is very convenient. Gulf Highlands is so close to restaurants, grocery stores, and so much of the entertainment. Also the beachfront pool and clubhouse was a huge PLUS These are just a few of the reasons we chose GHBR as our second home.

WE have done so many personal touches and upgrades that make our 1st floor condo so unique-things like a custom shower, quartz countertops, and all the small appliances and fully stocked kitchen with loads of small extras.
