Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 6-person dining table for a quality meals with your family and friends. Brand new half bath has been added to the first floor!

Exhausted from a long day on the beach, at the pool, on the tennis court or golf course; then sink into the King Master Suite with walk in shower and Smart TV. The guest bedroom offers two full beds with bath/shower combo and Smart TV. Top quality linens and toiletries provided.

Drive or ride bikes to the Shipyard Beach Club (2miles from townhouse) to enjoy 11 miles of sandy white beaches and rolling waves on the shore. No need to pack your beach gear - we provide beach chairs, towels, rolling cart and cooler. Umbrellas available for rent from the lifeguards on the beach.

Hilton Head is known as a biking community so bring your own or rent bikes from our many bike rental companies on the Island that deliver and pickup for free. Enjoy over two hundred miles of paved paths. Bike racks available to secure bikes.

Parking is directly in front of the Townhouse with one Shipyard pass ready at the Security Gate for your arrival. One additional car pass may be purchased through us.

The Villa is accessible by 2 stairs and bedrooms are on the second floor and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
