Family fun

This property was perfect for our needs. We went with our adult children and my in laws. The home is older but was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the water front and caught so many brim we had a fish fry and were releasing after the first day. Hot Springs Village amenities were amazing from a beach, hiking trials, pickleball courts, golf, and much more fun for all ages! The area was beautiful!! Although we did have some issues with communication, cleanliness and some items in need of repair I would stay here again.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

This was a very comfortable house in a quiet cove overlooking the lake. We loved how we all had separate spaces to hang out. We had plenty of room and everything was easily accessible.

Great place to stay and super awesome host!

This is a beautiful house and a great place for my family to stay in hot springs village. Well appointed and great coffee bar. Host was so kind and attentive. Willl hopefully be back.

Our Spring break

It was a beautiful house with a great view. My only concern was the washer and dryer did not work very well, but we managed. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Nice 4 bedroom & 3 bath home

This place had space to easily handle our 7 adults for a family gathering. Beautiful scenery and pleasant outdoor deck. Dining area seats 8. We played board games and ate in it. Very appreciative of owner for good price.

Lives our stay

Nice and quiet

We were looking for a place to get away from the city noise and lights and this place did not disappoint. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to bother the host for a single thing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Brothers get together with wives

It was comfortable but needs updating. We had a great time fishing and time alone with family. Now that all of brothers are in our 60's, it doesn't take much for us to enjoy each other. It's a very nice cozy place to enjoy family. ❤️💯❤️ K.C.

Great peaceful home

This home was wonderful. There was so much attention to detail. We were so comfortable. Lots of space. We spent our time fishing off the dock. Can’t wait to come back!

Property upon stay was not clean. The details regarding the outside bedroom was not clear. We searched for the extra room. The house was spacious. Just needed a good cleaning. Felt like it had been cooped up a while

We had a very nice time here. The neighbors were very nice and sweet. The home was gorgeous and very spacious! There was a lot of extras that was not listed about the property. We will definitely stay here again! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay

We arrived and check in was a breeze. Spacious with great view and quiet area. Springtime the red buds were blooming. Outside seating on patio was comfy and spacious. Only issue was ice maker was not able to release ice to dispenser . Great time had by all.

Perfect getaway

This was a great little lake house getaway. Perfect time of year. We literally watched the leaves change color over the week we were there. Quiet, relaxing. Some of the kitchen utensils could be updated and it is a well loved unit; but for the price and the location, it is a real value property. working fireplace, boat dock, it even has a kayak (make sure you sign the waiver and connect on that before you go. it'll be worth it). Todd and Kristy were both communicative and organized. Was a great vacation

A quiet, comfortable getaway

The property was very comfortable; we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the outdoor gas grill. As family reuniting from three different areas, we just wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy one another; this place was great for that. We would highly suggest updating kitchen pots and pans; the ones there were “non-stick” worn to the base metal and they all needed a good scrubbing. There wasn’t a large pot so we had to buy a 5-qt to accommodate all of us. Otherwise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Three generations for a week.

My family, including in-laws, spent a whole week at this lake house. We never had a problem and enjoyed every aspect. Daily trips to Hot Springs included scenic drives that lasted about 20-30 minutes depending on where exactly we were headed. My 12 year old slept upstairs in the loft and my 17 year old slept downstairs in the external apartment. It was his dream come true to have his own space which included one of the three full baths. We were able to cook complete meals when we weren’t enjoying local restaurants. The steep hill side was made much easier with several paths of stepping stones. We would definitely book this property again.

Golf Outing

There were four of us that rented this house for a golf outing. We are all in our 70’s, and there were no spouses or small children on this trip. With that in mind, this house served us well. There were four comfortable beds, and a nice gas’s grill. The kitchen was small, but functional and well stocked. The furniture was also comfortable despite showing some wear. The fourth BR is in the basement and has to be accessed from the outside. This wasn’t a issue for us, but could be for some, especially in the dark or bad weather. My overall rating is 4 stars because the house served us well and was reasonably priced.
