Great house. Only wish it was farther from the community beach access point.

House was great. It would be nice if beach items were included. It should be boldly stated in description. It makes it difficult when all the people are flying in and there are no beach chairs or umbrella. Location was perfect. House was updated nicely. Great time!

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, beautiful updates, and perfect location. We also appreciate your feedback regarding beach chairs and umbrellas. We understand how helpful it is for guests who are flying in to know exactly what beach items are provided before arrival, and we will take your suggestion regarding making that information more prominent into consideration. We’re happy you had a great time and hope to have you back again soon! – Amanda with Prickett Properties

Amazing House!!!

The house was clean and beautiful! Lots of space to spread out. We had 11 for a family girls trip and did not even use one of the bedrooms. We loved that it had a pool and was right on the beach. Definitely plan to stay again!

Summer Better

This home was amazing!!!We have rented many homes in the Fort Morgan area and in the Orange Beach area but none compared to this home. The home was very clean when we arrived and the pool was great for the kids. I would recommend Pritchett Properties for anyone needing a home rental for vacation!!!!!

Family Summer Vacation

There were some many wonderful amenities in this house. Spectacular kitchen 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators., and spacious eating areas. It was perfect for our family. The only drawback to the house was the small driveway which was inadequate. Thank you Prickett properties for a wonderful day.

Perfect Spot

Stay was great. House was as advertised, and the property managers are very communicative. I would gladly stay there again… We at Fort Morgan’s pizza & shrimp like 3 times because of how good the food was! My only advice is to heat the little pool y’all have. Thank you!!

Great. Enjoyed every minute.

A few suggestions-wider driveway (hard for our trucks), chair & ottoman in main floor gulf-side bedroom (for reading at night) and dresser(s) in upstairs Gulf front bedroom. But the house is wonderful; we all are ready to go back next year!

Summer 2025

The house itself was five stars. Great access to the beach and the pool was a great hit with the children. The one drawback was the cleanliness of two of the bedrooms. The carpets had not be vacuumed and there was still food on them. We had to clean those two rooms before we could unpack our stuff.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults (supposed to have 10), a baby, and two kiddos (were supposed to have 3 teenagers as well). Each room was beautiful with it's own bathroom. The multi levels made it easy for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The living and kitchen areas were large to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and we all loved the double fridge/freezer. There was plenty of storage space for all the food and snacks. The balcony and back deck were favorite areas to hang out. The pool was a hit with the kids after spending time at the beach. The carport area was spacious for multiple vehicles as well as storage for all the beach gear we brought with us. The walkway to the beach was very accessible for the older family members and made it easy to get out to the beach. The beach, sand, and ocean were beautiful! Since it was more of a secluded area, there was so much more nature to see (crabs, fish, and dolphins every morning!). At night, since there is not a lot of light, you can see an amazing amount of stars and even the milky way! The house was a bit far from the grocery stores and attractions of the area, so be aware of that. It is all still easy to get to, but we have been more used to being closer to Gulf Shores.Overall, we had a great time at a beautiful location!

Family vacation

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. There are some suggestions that we would make—we had two babies on our trip and all the stairs were a concern. I’d recommend baby gates on the stairs in the living room for both going up and down. Also more linens for the kitchen, more toilet paper (18 people present on our trip and we ran out!), more dishwashing detergent, sheets and blankets for the fold out couch are also needed. The cleaning staff missed some items while cleaning. One bedroom downstairs we found a sex toy on the ground that lit up and also some kind of pill/medication close the the bed on the floor (we had lots of children on this trip—if it had been infested a trip to the ER would have been take). The sex toy was found while searching for a toy under a bed. Horrified is the word we thought of first, if a child had found and played with it! There was also an empty beer can in a closet upstairs. Even though I’m listing these things I’m grateful our family had a place to stay and play while on vacation.
