I’ve been staying at VRBO rentals for a while and by far this has been the filthiest house we’ve stayed at. Communication was ok, I had to call host directly after he would not respond to the messages to get the house access code. We also had to buy different kitchen utensils and pots as house did not have the basic ones.

Good vacation spot

I was worried about the distance from the house to the beach itself but it truly wasn’t a bad walk. It was a good vacation spot.

Great Stay! Would Recommend to Anyone!

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably in this perfect beach house! As described, we were minutes from the ocean, not to mention the pool on the property! There is also plenty of space to enjoy indoor time! We'd certainly return and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice place. We definitely enjoyed our vacation. The grill was a huge plus! The outside patio shower was perfect for after your beach time. Only complaints would be the ants on the patio. You couldn’t be out there long without getting bit by them so it made it hard to enjoy the patio area. Would be nice to also have and umbrella for the patio table. They also did not have any smaller pots to use for can veggies, Mac and cheese, baked beans , or any sides you might have with your meals you cook.

6/10 Okay

Synes godt om: Indtjekning, beliggenhed
The location is nice and close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and Pier Park. The beach is a relatively short walk. With that said, there were some issues with the rental itself. This place could use a deep clean. Downstairs: The floors were dirty and the cabinets and trash can were sticky. The necessities could have been better stocked. We had to buy tp, paper towels and trash bags after one day. The kitchen pans were cheap and the knives were dangerously dull and loose. Upstairs: The guest bath was grimy with soap residue. The bath towels were stained and musty and there was one hand towel and a few wash cloths in the whole place. The high pile carpet felt gross on your feet and there was trash on the floor of the master bedroom closet. There are also some repairs that need addressed. As someone else mentioned in a review over a year ago, the patio doors still do not latch/lock properly. This is a safety issue. There was no hot water in the master bath which left 5 people using one shower. We also had internet and dish technicians that showed up unannounced and spent hours walking in and out until I finally told them they needed to go. When I spoke on the phone with the owner, she downplayed the situation and scoffed at me when I explained that I wasn’t comfortable leaving while there were 6 random guys walking in and out of the house with our belongings. I understand these things have to get done at some point but a heads up and understanding would have gone a long way.

Great Place To Stay For

This was a great place to stay. It’s located right in the middle of PCB off Front Street. Beach is right across the street and you are within 10-15 minutes of all the great shopping and restaurants in the area. Everyone in my group loved the house. Cleanliness was good in and out of the house. In the master bed room there is one king bed and a twin bed. In the guest bed room there was bunk beds and one full size bed. In the living room there is a pull out couch and plenty of room for an air mattress. All rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and all bathrooms were clean. Would definitely love to stay at this location again highly recommended.

Nice and Roomy

We would stay here again! The townhome was at the “slower” west end of PCB (a definite plus for us) and had plenty of room. The last thing I wanted was to be stacked on top of my family for a week. The beach is easily accessible, markets are close, and the ballfields were easy to get to. Lucas was extremely easy to communicate with and work with. It was great having a full kitchen, although it is minimally stocked as far as pots/pans go. The only negative was that I felt the space could stand a good deep clean. Lots of dust and spiderwebs holding bugs, but nothing too crazy. We had a great week!

Maintenance Needed

This unit needs to address several maintenance issues and can use a deep cleaning. The toilet in the master bathroom wasn't flushing properly. The tub in the guest bathroom wasn't drain properly. The French doors leading out to the patio didn't secure properly which was Safety issue! I had to move furniture in front of the door in order to have some peace of mind. Due to this issue I checked out early. The host was rude when I requested check-in information at 4:15 pm and check-in was 5:00. After receiving the keypad code, we needed instructions from the host on how to operate (wasn't a traditional keypad). It would have been helpful to receive instructions on how to operate the door in the check-in information.
