The Space:
This gorgeous property highlights the original character while providing modern amenities for optimal guest comfort! Guests will enjoy the unbeatable location, and stand-out amenities such as easy and secure garage with Level 2 and Tesla chargers, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and hot water on demand. Natural light, rich hardwood floors, and expert period-appropriate design offer a magazine-worthy backdrop to your vacation!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, driveway, garage with EV chargers, and backyard. All amenities are available for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood, an established family neighborhood with mature trees, peaceful sidewalks, and walking trails perfect for your morning jog or evening stroll. Minutes from Starbucks, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and more. Downtown is only a quick 3-minute drive, and has tons of bars and restaurants, a movie theater, the Fox Theater, Rawhide baseball stadium, and tons of cute local shops! It's less than an hour to Sequoia National Park, and a little under two hours to Yosemite, the Sierras, Shaver Lake, and Bass Lake. Easy access to the freeway and easy to find!
Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around but you can walk to Mooney Blvd (5-minute walk). There you'll find multiple drive-thru restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
Other Things to Note:
There is a $20/guest/night extra guest fee after 7 guests. Guests must disclose the total number of guests on the reservation.
