Great getaway with my pups!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the well-maintained property, which was very dog friendly, with easy beach access. Short drive to Dog Beach for pup playtime. Very comfy bed in the front bedroom (did not try the other beds). Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and meals. The WiFi internet was not working, which was a bummer, but Blueswell staff were responsive and trying their best (it seemed to be an Xfinity issue). Overall, would recommend and return!

We are so happy to hear that you and your pup loved the home, the comfy front bedroom, and the convenient location near Dog Beach. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the Xfinity internet issue during your stay. While local provider outages are out of our direct control, our team always strives to step in quickly to help however we can! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we can’t wait to welcome you and your furry family member back for another beach getaway soon! Warmly, The Blue Swell Team

Location was perfect! Quiet area and a walk across the street to the beach! There was also a gas grill, beach cart and wagon which wasn’t listed in amenities so that was a nice surprise!

Perfect little place for our family

The location of this townhouse was perfect for our stay - somewhat away from the busiest part of PCB but still close to plenty of restaurants and shops in PCB and nearby Laguna Beach. We could easily walk from the house to the beach, and the community pool was right next door.

Great little condo with easy beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was exactly what we needed. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Easy beach access. The only confusion we had was with the parking. Vrbo stated there was an extra parking space in the garage, but there was no garage. We had to make plans to park the third car elsewhere, but the helpful maintenance man told us just to park at another of their properties. Overall we had an amazing stay!! Thank you Blue Swell!!

We’ll be back!

This property is perfect! We loved the area. It was very easy for kids and our two small dogs. The only complaint was the beds were pretty hard. Some memory foam mattress toppers would help out quite a bit. I am already looking at other properties owned by the same company for our trip next year! We would love to stay at this listing again but we may have more people with us next time. Thank you to the owners and management company for an awesome stay with an easy check-in and out experience.

Snowbirds

We loved staying on the west end of PCB. Quiet and easy access for us to ride bikes to Conversation Park. The unit was pretty well equipped. Nice touch with welcome bag and spice rack! The unit was nice but we found that it may need a good thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. Along with a few other minor things such as room darkening curtains in the master bedroom would be a plus All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Good vacation home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home and very clean. I do recommend a large rug in front of the door on the inside. Water on ceramic tile isn’t a good combination. I learned this the very first night there. Other than that, this is a great dog friendly, neat home.

3 night stay

Could you a update in the bathrooms as well as the sofas. Some stains on sofa. Pet fee was extremly high for only 3 nights. I do understand its a cleaning fee however it was more than what others do charge, even with a shorthaired dog, trained and respectful of premesis.Contact with property was quick to respond and very efficient.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 25 Chateau Rd. Perfect home away from home. The walk to the beach was manageable - and the nearby public beach was not very crowded and wonderful. The pool and shuffleboard court near the home was a great alternative to the beach. The home was great for our group of 5 - clean, spacious and comfortable. We visited PCB for a softball tournament - and this home was near both ballparks. Also, a quick drive to Pier Park. We had a great stay and would definitely opt to stay there again.

Our new rental home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 6 plus two fur babies. This place has an outdoor shower which is great after coming off the beach! The only downside is that the pool closes at 6pm which means no swimming ability once it's too dark to go in the ocean. We had quick, attentive maintenance service that came to take care of our issues on the day-of. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent a week in this townhome. It is exactly as it described or even better. It is located next to the pool and the beach is right across the road. It has everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped to cook, bake your favorite meals. Only downside is that we needed to wash the dishes, glassware before use, since some were dirty. The home itself was clean and comfy. Costumer service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
