Hosted by SnowshoeSkiVacation, our condo's location CRUSHES the rest. A fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ski-in & ski-out condo that can accommodate up to 5 guests. You'll love the comfortable king bed, cozy fireplace, and private balcony with a stunning pool view. The full kitchen, sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair bed in the living area provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Relax and relish a worry-free stay with our inclusive housekeeping package. Your rental comes complete with essential linens, towels, kitchen necessities, and toiletries, including shampoo and soap. We've thought of every detail, from trash bags to cooking staples like salt, pepper, and oil, ensuring you have all the comforts of home. With a well-equipped space and requested items readily available, you can concentrate on creating lasting memories and fully enjoying your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle.
PETS: Attention all pet owners! Unfortunately, we must sadly inform you that Allegheny Springs does not allow any pets, no matter how cute and cuddly they may be. So, if you were hoping to bring your furry friend on vacation with you, we'll have to ask that you find alternative arrangements for them. However, if you have a certified service animal, we would be happy to make accommodations for them. Just be sure to let us know ahead of time and register your service animal at the front desk upon check-in. Thank you for understanding.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the room is clean and set up, for an Early check in fee.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in Mountain Lodge, Allegheny springs, Highland House, Seneca, Expedition station, Rimfire and in Silver Creek.
PARKING: Your reservation includes parking in the general parking lot which is 300 ft away from Allegheny springs. We welcome you to park for free at the Top of the World. From there, you can take the shuttle to the Village.

PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building.

BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
