We love our home because not only can we enjoy the amazing views year-round, but we have direct access down to the lake.
Get away from it all with family and friends. We love our lake house so much, we want to share with others when we can't be there. Perfect place to re-connect and unplug (by choice). We do have WIFI, stereo's and tv's for those who still need their technology.

After all the eating, drinking and laughter, make your way down to the lake. While the staircase access is challenging, it also allows you to get a little exercise in. You can sit on the shore, fish, swim and tie up your boat and/or jet ski's that you rent or bring with you without needing to drive somewhere.

Kitchen was so well stocked. Everything you needed and more. Rooms were all clean and house had a very homey atmosphere. It was cold but we enjoyed a bonfire outside.

We went to Cumberland for a girls weekend and the house was amazing! The kitchen was well stoked! There was ample room for all of us and plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The best was by far the view of the lake! Would stay again!

Yearly Vacation

The location was very nice how you were so secluded in the back. And the view from the back deck was very surreal. What a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We really loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The house had a rustic cozy feel but was very spacious. The view was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath towels, which many places do not have! The teenagers had their own hang ot space.We had a great time.

Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone with a very spacious kitchen and dining room. The home is beautiful. The steps going down to the lake are very steep but our grandchildren had no problem and the steps were in great shape

Annual lake house trip

Lake Family Reunion

The lake was beautiful. The house was spacious and as it appeared online. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The owners were very helpful.

Weekend Get Away

It was a great weekend away at the lake. The house slept all of our guest comfortably and we had a great weekend. The view from the back deck is incredible. While it is a hike down to the water it is totally worth it!

This house is located in the absolute perfect location to disconnect and spend time with family and friends. I cannot say enough about how great the owner has been throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location and will for sure be back again in the future.

Christmas Vacation

We had 14 people in our group, there was plenty of room for everyone & plenty of beds. We liked the fire pit out back, nice view of the lake. It would be fun to go during the summer.

What A View!

Had a blast with our fishing group, family, and friends. The view down to the lake was incredible and the house itself was perfect. Tons of sleeping space and room to move. Will be back!

A Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and very well stocked house overlooking Lake Cumberland. Although the trek down to the water was challenging, the kids had no problem going up and down several times a day. They loved jumping off the rocks to swim and fishing. Great spot for hanging a hammock. We old folks mostly stayed on the deck enjoying the beautiful views which was fine with us. We hope to go back to this little bit of heaven.

Cumberland getaway

Property owners were great. We had everything we needed and even received help from the owners for a leak we had on a tire. This property is quite a drive to get to anyplace for groceries, etc., but the flip side is it is quiet and secluded, which we were looking for. I would recommend.

Amazing views

We have been to Lake Cumberland many times and this would be my favorite stay. To find a home with lake access is rare. The hike was a little challenging and tested my cardio endurance but well worth it. We had a group of 11 and the house had plenty of space with room to spare. We hope to be back next year!

Incredible House for Creating Memories

My entire family, all 16 of us, enjoyed a week at this spacious and fully equipped home. The location is perfect and the lake access is a bonus! We spent the entire week relaxing in the house and in front of the fireplace. The adults spent most of the time in one of several living rooms while the kids enjoyed the lower-level game room, especially the pool table. Overall trip was made even more enjoyable by having a large, comfortable house to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Amazing stay

There was 11 of us that stayed in the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. There was a nice cove on the water to tie our boats up in and we spent every day either swimming or fishing out on the lake somewhere or just floating out in front of the cove. In the evening we would all be out on the deck cooking dinner or just enjoying each others company. The owner was very responsive to every question we had and provided a ton of information regarding where to find things locally. 10/10 stay!

Spacious home

Spacious home! Plenty of room for all in our group. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Owners very responsive when we had a concern. Warning, stairs to shoreline are very steep and long. For most of us, it was easier to drive 15 minutes to boat dock to get in the boat we rented than to walk up and down the stairs. Beautiful view from the back deck.

Beautiful Location

Great getaway from busy life. The property offered plenty of space and entertainment. We loved the hot tub, pool table, TV connection/speakers, big kitchen and separate areas for family and kids. The kitchen was well stocked and even included a cast-iron skillet! The lake view was breath taking. The trip down to the lake could be challenging for some. It is mentioned in the description of the property. We even used the fire pit one night. We would definitely stay again. Thank y'all!

Great place to relax and enjoy each other!

The views from this property are beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and we utilized the gas grill and the blackstone, which made feeding our group of 15 pretty easy! There were enough seats at the table (s) for everyone to enjoy food and company at the same time. There was also plenty of room to spread out if you needed some down time from the group! The listing and other reviews are accurate in the description of lake access. The teen boys had no trouble going up and down multiple times a day, but it is not for anyone with knee issues to attempt. We rented a double decker pontoon for and drove to the boat ramp for dock pick up and drop off. The ramp was only 15 minutes from the house, so it wasn’t a big deal. If you want to spend time on the water, plan on renting a boat. The host was excellent! Very helpful with information about local attractions and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Views!

The house was large and spacious and the deck had great views! The walk down to the lake and back up is difficult, but we were prepared for that from the listing. You are rewarded again with gorgeous views on the water, but no true place to “hang out” on the water. We did have a mouse in the house while we were there, and the owners promptly sent someone to set up traps, however there was an abundance of mouse poop in multiple locations, so I have a feeling this isn’t the first mouse incident here. We were disappointed that the blackstone grill, although in pictures on VRBO, was not available for use on this specific property, though we were offered to use it elsewhere (just not convenient). We had some issues with the A/C kicking on. The first two days we were there the weather was mild, but the third it was 85+ and not particularly cool in the house. The owners attempted to correct from their Nest app, but it didn’t seem to help. Overall, LeAnn was super easy to communicate with and prompt to respond!

We have owned this lake house since our children were very young. What memories we have had and continue to have spending time together. We were drawn to the lake as we are boaters. Before children we rented houseboats. When kids came along, we found they needed a place to get off the water. We love the outdoor experience as we are next to the woods but with all the creature comforts.

We have found our home is centrally located and a great gathering point for families coming from various locations. Our home is 4400 square feet with 3 living areas and open floor plan. Families/Friends can gather as well as separate spaces for adults, teens and young children. With the open kitchen, living room, dining room area and expansive back deck, families can all eat together inside or outside.

One of the few properties on Lake Cumberland with access to lake via staircase. Very large home with gorgeous views. Spacious inside and out. We have a blackstone grill and gas grill. We have smart TV's throughout as well as Wifi and Bluetooth Stereo.
We have board games and pool table. Outdoor firepit to share campfire nights.
