It is unfortunate that you didn't let us know about any of this during your stay, otherwise we would have come and addressed things immediately. After inspection the home is still in immaculate condition with no smells inside and the hot tub is clean and in balance (it is a salt water system). Hopefully this didn't put a damper on your trip and you had a wonderful time!

Hi Chris! We're glad you had a great visit! We can see why you'd be confused by the heating system, but assure you it's not broken. The space heaters are provided so you can keep the house at the most comfortable temperature for you. Hope you come back to visit us again!
