This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! It was so nice to prepare a desert for Christmas and know that I had a clean kitchen and refrigerator.

Simple house, very conveniently located. The owner is super-responsive. Upon check-in, there was a very musty smell but we realized it was the A/C unit. The owner offered to have it cleaned during our stay but we were there for just a short time. There were similar other small issues that we didn't communicate because our trip was so short -- the conditioner dispenser is broken (but such a nice touch to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash available), the front door lock is finnicky, and the TV didn't work because it said it was out of memory. Late check out was not offered, which was disappointing.

We really appreciate you highlighting the maintenance details regarding the AC, lock, dispenser, and TV—our team is already taking care of each item. We also apologize that we couldn't offer late checkout during your stay due to our incoming turn schedule. Thank you for being our guest, and we wish you all the best on your future travels!

Ideal property and location

We checked in a day late due to travel issues, but communication with the host was smooth. The house is super convenient to everywhere, and we enjoyed how it was up-to-date with a lot of nice touches for convenience. Having a full kitchen AND a washer/dryer were definitely a plus. It was crazy hot out, but the mini-splits made it comfortable in the house the whole day. We had a great stay.

Fantastic Gem!

What a Fantastic Gem! Great Location and easy parking! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated inside. Air conditioning is very efficient and NOT noisy window units! The kitchen is well equipped and has updated appliances (the real stove/ oven is huge plus as well as washer/ dryer.) The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful with great water pressure. The backyard is cute and private with a nice table with an umbrella. The check in and out process was easy and accurate. The property owner was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so glad we found this great place!

Great Location! Newly remodeled.

The house is in a great location, convenient to everything. I would give a higher rating if not for the A/C situation. There are only 2 window units - 1 in each bedroom. The main living area gets very warm. Standing oscillating fans are not ideal esp for the price paid. Also, the front and esp back yard were overgrown with foot tall weeds. The host was very responsive and sent someone out to take care of the lawn but it was on our last evening there. The location of the property is excellent and inside the house, it's very clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. New appliances were an added bonus.
