Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear about the cleaning issues. We are sorry to hear that the sheets were stained, the towels did not appear cleaned, along with the cobwebs in the corners. If you would have notified us of these issues during your stay, we would have happily corrected them for you. We are also sorry to hear that the upstairs was hot. We certainly would have provided you with additional fans if you needed them. As for the coffee supplies, we are not like a hotel and are rather a vacation rental so we only supply our guests with a start up supply of coffee, and we leave it up to our guests to provide the supplies for the remainder of there stay.
