Dogwood Vue was beautiful, all of the amenities added so much to the enjoyment of our week there. Our host management team was very responsive to anything we needed--which made our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect Accomodations for Seaside Beach

My family enjoyed this property very much and loved proximity to downtown, a block from the beach, parking and golf cart access made it easy to get around. The house was incredibly clean and great amenities that you would find in any resort.

A wonderful stay for my sister’s bachelorette

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my sister’s bachelorette party. An amazing location that is extremely walkable to town and beach, a home that is clean and comfortable, a very communicative rental company - just a wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Perfect.

This beautiful home was a perfect setting for our large group of family members. The easily walkable distance to the ocean and shops, as well as the nice refreshing pool and sunset views from the rooftop made this the nicest house we have stayed at in the area. We would love to rent this home again in the future.

This was our second stay at this property as a family because we enjoyed this property so much during our first visit! It was clean with comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The family / activity room off the large kitchen and dining area was perfect for watching movies, playing board games, doing puzzles or just hanging out and reading. We brought our mini Golden Doodle, so the property was very pet friendly and allowed for easy walks outside and enjoyed the golf cart to drive to locations along 30a and to downtown Seaside. Overall, an excellent experience all around and we will likely be back!

Family vacation

The house is the nicest one I've stayed in in the 35 years I've come to the beach. Any problems were quickly taken care of. With three living areas if someone wanted to get away for some quiet time it was easy. Fire pit on fourth floor outside balcony was used every night. Pool heated for no extra charge.

Perfect location for family with teens

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely happy with the home and its location. Each floor was set up for multiple families or groups of people creating separation. Parking was really only 2 cars you could squeeze 3 but definitely not 4 since the garage had bikes and golf cart. We would recommend it to our friends and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was brand new and beautiful. We had gulf views from so many rooms and you could see all of Seaside and as far as Destin from the top patio. It was located a block out of Seaside and less than a block from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining room table was massive, the bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. We will be back!

Bountiful Beautiful Beach Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, spacious home! It was a great choice for a girls’ weekend. Many places to lounge and unwind with friends and family. Many spots to mingle and have refreshments too. Pool and outdoor seating is perfect. Can see ocean from bedrooms, living room, and balconies...even got a dolphin show one morning! Easy walk to beach, booked a brunch board (Graze 30A LLC), and private yoga (Studio Thirty-A) session too. Highly recommend all!

This is a nice property with a good location. It is near the beach and Seaside/Watercolor. Property management and maintenance technicians were very professional and responsive. There are a few items that should be addressed in this home especially at this price point. There are water temperature control issues and condensation issues in a few bathrooms. The grill could be cleaned and better outdoor cooking utensils provided. Otherwise, it is very nice and as advertised. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings.

Way better than expected

The photos are great and the listing is accurate; however, the property is WAY better than you think. It was a total of 3 families and 2 dogs. Tons of space for everyone to space out. Multiple entertainment areas. Access to the beach was literally across the street. The heated pool was clutch... and the sunsets?!?! Gorgeous! The location of the home was awesome as well. Walking distance to seaside and a short drive anywhere else. We absolutely would return to this property. Exclusive 30A were also VERY easy to communicate with. Overall, we had an amazing 30A experience.

BRAND NEW LUXURY HOME IN FABULOUS LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group enjoyed this fresh, clean, brand new, high-end home. The views and common spaces were especially memorable. We would return to this home simply because it was gorgeous and made us feel indulged and relaxed, but the location is really the icing on the cake. It is quite literally half a block to 30A then walk across the beach access to the beach OR walk or bike (on the includes bikes) about 4 blocks-ish to the center of Seaside for shopping, airstream food "trucks" and dining. We will be back!

New building with a few ruff spots

Besides lack of posting some amenities that were actually there-a nice surprise-it definitely needs towel racks in the bathrooms so that towels will dry out. We had a very hard rain from the west which caused gushing water coming in the first floor bedroom window and a door on the third floor leaving floors soggy.

Hi Connie, we apologize for these inconveniences during your stay! We did reach out to the builder to address the issue with the rainwater so that it doesn't happen again. We are also adding some towel hooks! We appreciate the feedback and love that you enjoyed your stay despite these hiccups.

Family Fun

House was incredible with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, three inside gathering places (one with a pool table), a large 4th floor deck with great views, and the swimming pool area. Our family consisting of grandparents, 4 sets of parents, and 9 grandchildren ranging from 2 months to 21 years enjoyed all the nice features. We cooked all our meals, with two grandkids helping adults to prepare the dinners. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. We brought two beach cabanas and spent a lot of time at the beach every day. We were pleased that previous guests left a lot of beach chairs and boogie boards. Played golf once. Unfortunately, the heat index was well over 100 every day. With cooler weather we would have enjoyed nearby Seaside, Water Color and Grayton State Beach much more.
