Welcome to our recently updated first floor Adirondack retreat within four unit Conklin Cottage, centrally located in downtown Saranac Lake, 15 minutes from Lake Placid. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit sleeps 6 and is the perfect home base for any ADK trip.

Updated ADK retreat centrally located in charming Saranac Lake w/parking, 15 mins from Lake Placid. Primary bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, and cozy electric fireplace. Adjacent bedroom is railroad style and has bunk beds (bottom is full size) and flat screen TV. The living space in this unit is plentiful. Two couches - one a full size pull out - for ample room relaxing. There’s also a large flatscreen and another electric fireplace. The dining table seats six for meals and board games!

Location, location, location! After a long day on the mountain skiing/boarding, adventuring on cross-country skis, snowmobiling, ice climbing, tubing, snowshoeing or otherwise exploring our winter wonderland you’re conveniently located in the center of town.
