Enjoying life traveling and booking rental experiences with ours and other hosts. To that end, we do focus on star ratings and past host reviews and only accept guest in the 4 to 5 start range. For guests with a new account and no reviews, we do not want to penalize you as we all start at the beginning.

YOU WILL INITIALLY PAY (only profile holder / person requesting the trip needs to do this) for this report and WE WILL COMPENSATE THE FULL COST of the report after you have completed your trip AS A CREDIT.
