La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator, and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.
Upon your return to your condo, relax and cool off in our rooftop pool, or why not sit back on your sofa and watch something on your TV, or choose a film or your favorite TV show from Netflix? Wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom and from the living area.

The kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need to prepare a meal when the choices of eating out are too abundant for you to choose. It comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, as well as dishes and utensils and a breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Wake up each day in your cozy king bed. The air-conditioned bedroom also comes complete with access to the bathroom, a spacious closet for clothing and storage. The bedroom also has access to a very small and private patio area out the back of the condo.
