Outdoor cooking and outdoor entertainment includes a covered Tennis Court on the property which can be used for Pickleball and Basketball!!!

A 55" Smart TV with access to the internet. Local channels are available via antenna.

NOTES:

Quiet hours for the property are between 11 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

Bedroom 2 has rooftop access but guests are NOT allowed since we don't have a handrail. Please keep this door locked.

Please make sure everyone in your party has read the house rules. The Guest/Renter is responsible for all of the guests’ behavior.

Upon entering the property, please report any damaged items within the first hour. Past this time, we will assume the damage was caused after your arrival.

We understand that accidents do happen, but all damage must be reported to the owner immediately.

The Renter agrees to keep the home in good, tidy condition, and do not rearrange furniture or items inside nor outside the house.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP

The tennis court lines are unmarked (will be resurfaced in March 2023) the guests are welcome to use it.
